The Australian Under-19 team is set to begin their campaign in the Super Six round of the ICC Men’s U-19 World Cup with a face-off against England. Australia are already holding the top spot in Group 2, finishing the league stage as the only unbeaten side from Group C.

The England U-19 team finished in third place in Group B where all three qualified teams notched two victories each. England triumphed over Scotland in the tournament opener before beating South Africa in the following game by 36 runs (as per the DLS method).
