Scotland have struggled to 132. Not a single six in the innings. The first time that it has happened this World Cup. Munsey made a fifty but he was slow as were the others. The batters struggled against the straight lines of the Zimbabwean bowlers. The spinners complemented the trio of seamers and Craig Ervine did not even have to use his 6th bowling option in Luke Jongwe. Instead he gave an over to Madhevere. Chatara and Raza the pick of the bowlers. The fielding of Zimbabwe too was good as they hung on to some sharp catches. Scotland never showed any intent to up the rate or try to go after the bowling. Zimbabwe though are not complaining. They look favorites to chase this down

George Munsey: Pretty tough to take, we are a little bit below par. We didn’t adapt quick enough and they bowled pretty well. It was some poor batting on my part, I wanted to kick on after the 14th over. It’s pretty simple from here, we need to bowl and field really well and we should win this game.
