Hey in my opinion he should e given chances in odis because his batting avereage in list _a matches is 52 . I f he will be selected in odi's then india will become ist team having 3 batsmen Averaging 50 in odis ie Pujara, Kohli and dhoni 😊

@ Robin He is neede because for winning Worldcup 2015 . specially as a batsmen who can give support to players like virat kohli and dhoni . because players like rohit sharma and Shekhar dhawan wont peform proprely on Fast and bouncy tracks See their performance against south africa in 2013 and newzeland 2014 Ya rohit and shikhar can perform in england seaming tracks but england wickets are very slow as compared to Australia , Newzeland and South africa Cricket pitches . And Cheteshwar is that kind of batsmen who can provide stablization i to indian Agressieve batting line up . he has perfect abilty like Hasim amla to play defensieve cricket and provide stablization and to play agreesoeve cricket also .

he can replace Rohit sharma or ambati raydu Specially Rohit who don form good in foriegn pitches

We have Rahane for anchoring does not need Pujara for that. He will score at 70 SR which is crime in ODIs nowdays.

Kedar jadhav is the only one who should replace Rayadu. He can bat at number 5 or 6. He can score with healthy strike rate and can do the job what duminy and miller doing for SA.

Amla's career strike rate is 89 in ODIs LOL

Rahane is not consistent in odis . and second thing Pujara is not defensieve like dravid He almost plays like Hashim Amla . . watch his batting in test cricket . he is agresieve like Amla .

Pujara failed in NZ and Eng in test where Rahane did better than him. Pujara also failed in IPL and against BD. Sorry but he is not a good ODI player.

Rahane is doing a good job since england series.

This . The only player who is needed currently to get rid of Rayudu.
