Here's the Write up:

Mrina's phone rings and she picks up.

Mrina: "Hey Mallu,What's up??? Is everything ready?"

Mallu: "Yes, but there's a little change in plan."

Mrina: "Mallu? Change in plan now? What are you talking about?"

Mallu: "Trust me Mrin, You are gonna love it. Just check your inbox. I gotta go-Bye!"

Mrina: "Mal..."

Before Mrina could say anything the phone is cut.

Mrina: "Gosh! This girl will drive me nuts some day! What is she upto now? It's almost time!"

Mrina checks her phone and the text message and her eyes pop out.

Mrina: "Wh---whaaat???"

Mallu is sitting on a bench with alot of shopping bags and a lot of gifts and is looking at her wrist watch and just then a girl arrives on a red scooty, wearing a red dress. She takes off her helmet and paces towards the bench.

Mrina: "I am not going to spare you Mallu! You scare the hell out of me.. You know..."

But before she could complete, another scooty comes and two girls come running from it towards the bench and take off their helmets.

Shivu" What are you upto now?"

Fatima: "Exactly! What's with the sudden change in plan?"

Mallu rolled her eyes.

Mallu: "Thank you for coming girls and explanations later! Let's go,we have got work to do!"

They enter a dark room.

Fatima (shouts): "Someone turn on the lights please!"

Shivu and Mrina giggle by then the lights are turned on.

Fatima: "What the!"

Shivu: "Whose idea was this?"

Mallu: "Shivu it was... errmm actually Mrin!"

Mrina: "What the hell?"

Shivu&Fatima (together) :"Relax guys! It's amazing!"

Mrina sighs.

Mallu "It was actually Mrina guys."

Mrina: "Yeah right! Mallu what makes you think that I would have approved throwing the birthday party of our dearest friend in a hospital canteen, if you have told me earlier?"

Fatima: "Even I want to know."

Mallu: "Mrina it's simple darling you said, Saher loves Dr. Armaan and Dr. Riddhima a lot. So I thought why not give the hospital feel to the party and give it a medical theme!"

Mrina: "I wish we could invite them as well along with Dr. Atul and the others. But awesome job Mallu!"

Mrina hugs Mallu and Shivu and Fatima join and form a group hug.

Mallu: "By the way, Armaan, Riddhima, Atul, Anjali, Sapna, Rahul and Muskaan heard about it in the cafe,when I was talking to the caf manager about celebrating Saher's Birthday with full fun like DMG gang had in the fake bday party of Armaan."

Fatima (shrieks): "Whattt???? They all heard you?"

Mallu: "Yes! They all overheard the conversation and since they are all so brilliant at planning crazy things they decided to help us. So I changed the venue and decided to surprise everyone, and the reaction came just the way I was expecting it.

Mrina: "If we all have loved it so much, I am sure Saher's gonna love it too since she love the crazy gang so much!"

Shivu: "Totally!"

Dr. Armaan and Dr. Atul walked into the cafe.

Armaan: "Hey Mrina, why didn't you tell me earlier? Luckily we heard Mallu's conversation with the manager."

Mrina: "Sorry yaar! It didn't strike me!"

Atul went to Mallu and started with the decorations while Armaan and Mrina went over and decided the Menu.

Muskaan, Anjali, Sapna and Rahul walked in and joined Shivu and Fatima in blowing the balloons.

Shivu: "Waise, where is Dr. Riddhima?"

Armaan gave a wide grin.

Armaan: "She is bringing Saher here!"

Mrina: "WHAT? Awesome!!!!"

Mallu: "Saher is gonna be so happy!"

Atul: "I'm gonna bring my plants along for the party too!"

Anjali: "As if that's something new. We already knew that Atul!"

Sapna: "Please concentrate guys!"

Suddenly a tremor came and Lovely entered the cafeteria.

Lovely: "Atul ji.. Aapke paudhe maine locker room mein rakh diye hain ji!"

Atul gave a nervous smile while Muskaan laughed her patented laughter making everyone else laugh.

Rahul: "Riddhima will be bringing Saher in one hour. We need to hurry up!"

Muskaan: "Oye khothe! Tu apni zabaan zyada mat chala."

Mrina: "Stop fighting you two!"

Fatima: "Give it a break at least today!"

At Saher's House.

Saher got a message on her phone so she opened to check it.

Saher: "Mrina aur Mallu ke messages wo bhi abhi? Kaise dost hai.. Abhi tak wish nahi kiya!"

Saher opened the message wide eyed.

"Yo Gabbar! Get ready quickly. I'm sending someone over to pick you up! ~ Mrin <3"

She opened the other message.

"Saher.. Don't ask too many questions and come along with the person who comes to pick you up! ~ Mallu"

Saher: "Dono pagal ho gaye hain!"

She sighed and went to get ready. After a while the door bell rings and Saher opens the door and stands there in shock.

Saher: "Dr. Riddhima?"

Riddhima smiles and tugs on her hand and drags her to the car and makes her sit and gets in herself.

Riddhima: "Driver! Sanjeevani chalo!"

Saher: "Sanjeevani? Kyun?"

Riddhima enacted as though zipping her mouth. Saher scrunched her eyebrows.

Saher: "Mrina aur Mallu ki to main!"

She gritted her teeth in frustration and in a few minutes they arrived at Sanjeevani.

Riddhima and Saher got off the car as Armaan came running and hugged Riddhima.

Armaan: "Yo Basket! I missed you!"

He broke away and looked at Saher.

Armaan: "Hey Saher!" (wide smile)

Saher: "Hi!" (confused)

Saher walked along with Riddhima and Armaan to the cafeteria where the lights were out.

Saher: "Ye lights kyun band hai?"

Riddhima: "Kyunki..."

The lights turned on...

"SURPRISE!!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAHER!"

Mallu, Mrina, Shivu, Fatima and the entire intern gang squealed in excitement. Saher looked at all shocked and surprised and then looked at the mighty birthday cake that was kept on the table in the centre of the cafeteria.

Saher: "I hope hum isse kaatke khaenge... Mujhe cake fight khelne ka koi shauk nahi!"

All laughed.

Mrina, Mallu, Shivu and Fatima walked to Saher and engulfed her in a group hug.

All four: "Happy Birthday Yaar!"

Saher: "Thanks guys."

Lovely: "Chalo cake kaat-te hain! Mujhe bhook lag rahi hai."

Atul: "Phir to humein khaane ko nahi milega!"

Saher walked closer to the table and picked up the knife with a red ribbon tied while Shivu lit the candle on the cake.

Mrina: "Blow the candle and make a wish!"

Saher closed her eyes and blew the candle as every sang the birthday song and she cut the cake.

She fed everyone one by one and before she could realize Fatima walked to her with a piece of cake in hand and smashed on her face making everyone break into fits of laughter.
