There is a good news for comedian Kapil Sharma's fans, addicted to a weekly dose of laughter on his Comedy Nights With Kapil - Kapil is not quitting the show. Amid rumours that the stand-up comedian is contemplating doing the show once a week or quitting it altogether to focus on his Bollywood career, came this tweet from the funny man, "Comedy nights is not going off air..Dont worry.. These r just rumours. I m coz of dis show wtever i m n whrever i m..So js chill.. Love".

The post had been 'favourited' 666 times and counting. Some fans had taken to social networking sites to urge the comedian to reconsider and not quit the show.
