Just to summarise

The new ACP enters and says that you (Daya sir and Abhijeet sir) that they won't work on the Barbosa case!! The duo thinks that after working in CID for so long, they have to take order from this newbie

There's a voiceover (Bhumi maybe) that ACP Ayushman is the youngest ACP after he passed UPSC with flying colours.....

There's a separate scene showing ACP Ayushman talking to a mysterious figure over the phone

Ends with the duo discussing the Barbosa case

Okay, why tf can't they work on Barbosa's case? Don't tell me it's some bullshit like the higher ups will assign this case to a better team or you can't handle this case because you're personally involved and hence will be extra emotional or something like that? Barbosa attacked them in their home court, issued an open challenge to them. Why the hell can't they continue with the investigation?

Mysterious figure... Is it some higher up from the intelligence bureau or some other government agency? Or is that Mysterious figure related to Barbosa? Two extreme possibilities are there...

Next, I understand the "UPSC topper" logic... Theek hai. Real life mein bhi ye hota hai. Dekha hai...

But agar aisa hi karna tha, toh couldn't they have just added a flashback of either Abhijeet or Daya or both passing UPSC in the past but not accepting ACP rank (or some other random story) because they didn't want to leave the team and hence now in ACP Pradyuman's absence, one is being assigned the position of ACP?? Ya seedha seedha in dono mein se kisi ko ACP bana dete... Bahar se kisi ko lakar patakne ki kya zarurat thi?

Rehne do yaar... Daya ne gala pakad liya na, toh jo is bande ka figure hai, uske hisaab se toh isko spondilitis waala gale ka patta lag jayega ek minute mein.

Well I wanted to highlight this: Ansha Sayed and Ajay Nagrath were fantastic today!!! The nuances, dialogue delivery, emotions; everything was spot on!!! I loved the episode 💕 It felt great to see these actors shining in the entire episode after being sidelined (less screen time) ✨

(The scene where Purvi looks towards the Cabin and gently touches the glass with her hand was beautifully done 💕)
