CID WU Jan 15 2017 : Statue

At restaurant:

A team is seen doing the mannequin challenge for restaurant promotion and shoot is going on. Every one acts as if they are statue right in middle of work they are doing (remember childhood statue game). The shoot is repeatedly failed due to the master chef Marcos being so non cooperative while drinking his bottle. At third take, he suddenly collapses. People gather and are shocked to see his state. CID is called.

CID team (ACP sir, Abhijeet, Daya, Freddy, Purvi, Pankaj, Dr salunkhe) arrive. They find Marcos dead and his skin fragile like glass and broken. Restaurant owner (Karan) informs that when he touched Marcos after he fell, his neck broke like fragile glass. Dr Salunkhe suspects Marcos ate/ drank something that caused his death and his neck fragile. Karan explains that Marcos was drinking from his bottle during shoot. Daya suggests checking camera footage. When footage is checked, CID team observe the flask from which Marcos was drinking and proceed to look for it. When checked they don't find flask. CID team questions the restaurant team about flask. Team deny any knowledge. CID team searches the restaurant and also all members but don't find flask. Abhijeet points that though Marcos was drinking for a while but only in last take he had issues, ACP sir concludes that flask is changed before the third shot. Abhijeet points that two people are missing (Dillon, Raghu). Karan informs that he asked everyone to stay. ACP sir wonders how no one saw anything when flask is changed and then vanished. Purvi suggests to redo the setup. After redo, they figure that Amanda is straight opposite to Marcos and she must have watched what happened between previous shot and last shot. Amanda informs that Marcos who was her boyfriend used to assault her and she approached help from Raghu to run away and hide. She informs that her focus was on Raghu so she couldn't watch what happened with Marcos. She further informs that Raghu talked about a brother.

At sport bar:

Daya catches Raghu. Raghu informs that he was a past criminal and thus he run. Raghu informs that he didn't kill Marcos and he didn't meet Raghu as well.

At forensic lab:

Dr Salunkhe and Dr Tarika inform CID team (ACP Sir, Abhijeet) that it was liquid nitrogen that is responsible for Marcos death. They inform that liquid nitrogen is kept in very low temperature around -196. In room temperature it's gas and not harmful, where as in liquid form is harmful and burns skin. Cid team concludes liquid nitrogen is in flask.

At restaurant:

CID team asks the staff about liquid nitrogen. All staff inform they have access to it as they use liquid nitrogen for cooking. They demonstrate how cooking is done and also inform that it is Marcos who introduced this cooking method. Pankaj accidentally gets burnt due to touching liquid nitrogen. Daya and Abhijeet ask where this chemical is kept. Karan takes them to cold storage. Daya and Abhijeet scold Karan for keeping such harmful chemical accessible to everyone and proceed checking room. ACP sir gets idea that the flask should be special made to hold liquid nitrogen.

At CID bureau:

Pankaj finds for Thermos flask from internet and finally locates the one that can hold liquid nitrogen and looks like the one that Marcos has. He contacts customer care. Customer care makes a video call attended by Daya. Customer care informs that Marcos bought 2 flasks online. Daya asks Pankaj to hack Marco's account to see his location. Pankaj hacks account and they go through list of items Marcos got. They find a chap brand chappal. Freddy comments that thiese chappal leave blue marks. CID team proceed back to restaurant to check if any blue foot prints can be found.

In Restaurant:

Abhijeet and Daya find dead body of Dillon in store room. They observe that Marcos was hit by an heavy object casing his death. Further they find the flask which explodes suddenly.

At CID bureau:

Injured duo and Cid team learn that Dillon died due to severe hit on his head. CID team wonders if any kitchen utensil from restaurant was used. They proceed to check again. Purvi finds a small bowl with blood strains.

At restaurant:

CID team assemble all staff and announce that the killer has left a note and they would match handwriting to find killer. Everyone writes but Susmitha (Karan's wife) fails to hold Pen. CID team announces that the killer fingers were burnt due to liquid nitrogen and announce that Susmitha is killer. Susmitha denies saying her fingers are good. Purvi removed makeup on fingers. Susmitha confesses that she killed Marcos with help of Dillon as Marcos was black mailing her being her ex-boyfriend. Later she killed Dillon as her was blackmailing her for money.
