All pages are on CID forum only except for those that come with the task. Those you will get from me directly if you get an average of 5 or more on the task. If you don't your game ends there. You can continue searching if you want, but future clues and tasks won't count for any points.

I've tried to choose threads that have 40 pages or less. Anything more than that and the clue contains something that can lead you to either the exact page or at least a range.

Does each clue has marks?

Like if each clue has " x" marks then do 15 clues have 15*x marks in total?

Each clue is worth 10 marks. For the first 2 hints, 3 marks are deducted from that 10 marks for a total of 6 marks. The final clue is worth 4 marks since it is the answer.

Also so everyone knows I've made some clues especially hard to see how many people can solve them. I expect some PMs for hints on some of the clues. 😛

Hello everyone,

To speed up the contest, I've made a slight change in rules. Now once you submit a task, I'll send you the next clue immediately. Judges will still mark your tasks and the average rule still applies. Now though if you don't get an average of 5, then your future marks just won't count.

So for example, if you get an average of 4.8 in task 3, then all the marks after task 3 will be 0s.

Hence I'll be sending everyone who is participating the next clue soon.

@ GD and @ Swathi: That's exactly why I chose to change it around. Originally I thought the entries would be easy to mark in 24 to 48 hours, but it turns out it wasn't that easy.

Good decision . With this everybody will participate till the end & the excitement will remain the same . But then chances are participants will try hard to submit & will run their brains for next tasks , little will they know that their game was over well before 😆😆 ( Am not criticizing , just for fun)
