As the much awaited Veerta Awards - 2016 is returning after a hiatus of three years, we - the fans of Abhijeet aka AdityaSrivastava desire the character's dignified portrayal on the event stage. The character Abhijeet has always been identified as the intelligent cop whose intellect is his strength even on shows like the "TheKapilSharmaShow" (wherein he is shown solving a case). Though it was a comedy show, Abhijeet was in his original supercop mode whereas in Veerta Awards he was majorly portrayed as a lovelorn flirt. We know there is more to Abhijeet than that and don't want his character degraded any further neither in the show nor in the event. He is a dutiful cop and should be portrayed like that, not as workplace Romeo. We sincerely request the makers of CID to portray Abhijeet's true self, both in the show and the Veerta Awards because he is the character we fans love, not the one we have seen in the previous CID Veerta award events.
Moreover - we don't want FW to take our message in all the wrong ways so let me clear - We don't want the advent of Daya-Shreya nuisance in Veerta Awards either.🥱
