Among Clinton and Trump, I too feel Trump is a better choice for Americans, his policies address a lot of issues USA is facing. How he will effect Asia is something only time can tell. I feel bad for America, for they didn't really get any great candidates to choose from. Trump's actions as a US president could hardly be predicted given he has zero political experience.

I am not surprised at the result, I knew it could go either way. As mentioned above, it's sad that the US couldn't get better candidates. Such a big country and these 2 had to contest...????

At my end, it was easier than expected. Using e-wallet everywhere (used cab, shopped for groceries and veggies, purchased stationary). This actually turned out to be more comfortable than using cash given the time saved and no issue of change. Even some street vendors have started using e-wallet here..which is great!

Never understood this...are you using Paytm?

How does it work at grocery stores? They need to have an account, right? To recharge that, you need net banking...so what's the point?. you may as well use your debit card, isn't it?

You can't use debit card in a taxi, auto. You can't use debit card at a departmental store, stationary shop. I am using a combination of PayTM and ola Money. Yes, they need to have an account. At stores you can see a QR code - which you scan and make a payment or you can enter the mobile number to which you want to debit cash. I've always used debit card at supermarkets and malls, so that's not an issue. Making an account is very easy - I've made the shopkeepers I frequently visit near me actually make an account on spot 😆.

I know making the account is easy...but I am not sure if I'll really benefit from it. 😆 I need to ask the local Kirana guys here. Now with 2000 notes, no one is giving change. 😔
