CID Written Update: Khooni Khel- 22nd November 2015

Posting the WU for Ravi bro. He wrote his WU and I'm posting it.

Scene 1

We see skating practice taking place at a rink and the trainer encouraging his students to push on. A girl and boy are seen complaining about it. Suddenly an unknown person throws marbles in their path and both of them lose balance and fall down. The trainer Aditya comes and tells off the girl Tejakshi for disturbing the guy Kavish. She irritably shows him the marbles. Aditya apologizes and says he is concerned as Kavish is his best student and will help them win. The other students get irked by the favouritism and go away. Kavish's girlfriend Alisha comes to see him tending to Tejakshi's injuries, argues with them and goes away followed by Kavish. Aditya returns and discusses about Alisha's possessiveness with Tejakshi. Abruptly, an unidentified biker roughly knocks down Aditya and leaves a crumpled message saying Kavish will be murdered if he participates in the state skating tournament. The person also claims responsibility for the accident at the skating practice.

Scene 2

We see Alisha in a restaurant seeing a similar threatening message demanding Kavish not to participate in the tournament. Kavish comes there and tries to make up to her. She demands him not to participate in the tournament, claiming she doesn't want him to be in company of his partner Tejakshi.

Scene 3

Aditya and Tejakshi are seen trying to contact Kavish and Alisha, to no avail. Kavish comes there and they inform him about the threatening message, and offer him to back out of the tournament if he wishes. Kavish refuses and is determined to participate to bring glory to the coaching institute, and requests Aditya to personally practice with him so he can gain more confidence. He agrees and they start to practice. Abruptly, a wheel from Aditya's skates gets disconnected, knocking him off balance and resulting in him getting a fatal head injury. Everybody is shocked and Kavish says these accidents are being engineered by someone. He calls the CID.

Scene 4

We see Daya sir, Pankaj, Shreya and Vansh investigating. Daya sir notes the victim's fractured skull and Shreya finds the broken skate's wheel. Daya sir says that it had been sabotaged with the intention to kill. Kavish reveals Aditya had recently gotten his skates serviced. Tejakshi shows him the threatening note and also explains the marbles incident. Daya sir finds a piece of paper smelling of drugs on the rink, and decides to check a nearby CCTV camera for clues.

Scene 5

The team checks the CCTV footage and finds a long-haired dude sabotaging Aditya's skates there. The people there say they often saw this guy loitering around the premises. Daya sir decides to hunt him down.

Scene 6

The team searches for the guy Kallu in the neighbourhood and finally finds him in a booze bar. After being roughed up, he confesses a girl who frequents the bar had paid him to do it. The team lies in wait and eventually Alisha comes there and tries to offer a poisoned drink to Kallu. The team catches her and a hooded guy sitting there scoots on seeing this. Alisha says that guy was one Sharman who had blackmailed her into doing this, or he'd tell her parents about her drug addiction. Sharman escapes but Pankaj manages to note his vehicle number. Daya sir asks him to inform all checkpoints about him and to catch him.

Scene 7

Sharman rushes home only to find the CID waiting for him. Daya sir seizes and slaps him hard.

Scene 8

ACP sir, Freddy sir, Sachin sir and Shreya are seen questioning Sharman and Alisha. Sharman confesses Aditya was his bitter rival and thus wanted to badly injure and ruin him, but ended up killing him. He blackmailed Alisha trying to force her to ask Kavish to back out, so that Aditya cannot win the tournament. ACP sir says both of them will be severely punished, and Shreya takes them away. Sachin sir gets a call from Dr. Salunkhe with some breaking news.

Scene 9

The team arrives in the lab and Salunkhe sir demonstrates that Aditya died not due to the head injury but a deadly poison, injected in his toe via a needle inserted in Aditya's skates. ACP sir says at least 2 people seem to be involved in this conspiracy. Freddy sir suggests that the skates could've been tampered with when Aditya sent them for servicing.

Scene 10

The team visits the sports shop and is told that Aditya's skates were serviced by one Neeraj, who's not come to the shop after servicing his skates, and isn't answering his phone either. ACP sir asks for his address.

Scene 11

The team visits Neeraj's home, only to find him freshly poisoned to death. A hooded person scoots from there and Sachin sir and Freddy sir chase after him. ACP sir finds a chain with letters "JK" on the railing the man jumped over, and thinks of Kavish.

Scene 12

We see an unknown man talking to his dead son's portrait, saying he's been avenged and Aditya, who forced him to commit suicide, is dead.

Scene 13

The team arrives at the coaching to arrest Kavish, and shows him the chain. Kavish says the chain isn't his, but he knows to whom it belongs. Suddenly, the same hooded person who had killed Neeraj opens fire on Kavish and flees while dropping a smoke bomb trying to get the cops off their trail. The cops chase and catch them, and it turns out to be Tejakshi. Shreya hands her a tight slap.

Scene 14

Tejakshi and her father, the man from Scene 12 are seen in the bureau. They reveal that Tejakshi's brother Ketan had once participated in a competition with Aditya, and all knew the latter stood no chance against him. Therefore Aditya plotted against him with Neeraj and sabotaged his skates, which resulted in Ketan losing, and going into depression and committing suicide. Tejakshi once overheard Aditya and Neeraj talking about this, and desired revenge. She threatened to hand over Neeraj to the CID unless he agreed to fit the poisoned needle into Aditya's stakes. Her father pleads them to forgive her. ACP sir condemns him for his role in this crime and for not correcting Tejakshi's wrong ways, and says both of them will be punished. He implores the audience to impart good values to children and promotes Parvarish 2.
