I don't think so. A couple of years back we had one such member sending an entry and she actually won. She was never seen on this forum after that and I am still annoyed with that person. After that I requested the organisers to allow only our forum members whom we know.

They hold a general IF Idol contest which is open for all. Your friend can participate in that. Sorry.
