Scene 1
The story resumes from where the previous episode had left it. Suhaani leads duo to the man's corpse in Siddharth's room. Suhaani doesn't recognize him and insists Siddharth can't be responsible for the murder. She says Siddharth could be in danger as well. Abhijeet sir takes his number and calls, but there's no answer. Daya sir tells Suhaani to not let the guests know anything until they find out what happened. Abhijeet sir tries calling again in vain.
Scene 2
We see Siddharth at a poolside with a girl who calls him a liar and says she'll not let him marry Shreya. Siddharth makes it abundantly clear he doesn't care about her.
Scene 3
The entire team minus the girls is seen investigating in the murder room in secret, using whatever resources are available to them. Freddy sir and Pankaj find some shot prints on the bedside. Salunkhe sir examines the body and says the only visible cause of the victim's death is his head wound. Abhijeet sir points out there are clear signs of struggle in the room. Sachin sir informs the mobile company to track down Siddharth's phone. Siddharth's mausi turns up asking for him, and Abhijeet sir and Pankaj barely manage to distract and turn her away. Sachin sir receives a call informing that Siddharth's phone has been traced to the Jotwada (?) area. Abhijeet sir prepares to go there, but Daya sir volunteers instead saying the former should ensure all the guests stay in the venue. There's a small exchange and Abhijeet sir says he trusts Daya sir to bring back Siddharth safely.
Scene 4
Downstairs, the guests start getting impatient for Siddharth but Abhijeet sir and others try to entertain and keep them there. Shreya notices something amiss, comes up to Abhijeet sir and requests him to tell her what the matter is.
Scene 5
At Jotwada, Daya sir, Nikhil and Divya call Siddharth again and find his phone ringing in the garden outside. In the nearby swimming pool, they find the corpse of the girl we had seen talking to Siddharth, who's been strangled. They find no ID in her pockets. Daya sir says they need to find out who this girl and the other victim are, and if they are connected in any way to Siddharth.
Scene 6
Abhijeet sir leads Shreya to the corpse in Siddharth's room, and she recognizes him as Siddharth's business partner Arvind, who had opened a transport company with Siddharth 2 months ago. Abhijeet sir asks if there was any coldness between the two of them. Shreya confirm, but insists that Siddharth cannot kill anyone. She says she had overheard Siddharth angrily talking to someone on phone and he didn't tell her who it was. Daya sir calls and informs Abhijeet sir about Siddharth's phone and the girl's body they found. He sends over a photo of the girl; Shreya doesn't recognize her. Abhijeet sir asks her the exact day and time when she'd overheard Siddharth's call, and asks Daya sir to check his phone log of that time. Daya sir sees that it's someone with the initials "PD". The number turns out to be out of service, and Daya sir asks Sachin sir to find out details about it. Meanwhile, Abhijeet sir comforts Shreya and notices the broken button of a sherwani lying under the bed. It cannot be the victim's, since he was wearing a suit. Abhijeet sir construes it could be either Siddharth's or the killer's, broken off in the struggle. Shreya says the man could possibly still be in the function.
Scene 7
Sachin sir calls Daya sir and informs him that the number belongs to one Rhea, and they've found her address as well. Daya sir asks him to text the address to him and arrive at the place too.
Scene 8
The guests start getting impatient again, but some of the cops stage a dance to distract them while Abhijeet sir, Freddy sir and others move among them checking for the missing-sherwani-button fella. (Way to go, FW. Exploit your actors more and more for TRPs and thoroughly embarrass those of us still watching the show with family. Great going!)
Scene 9
Daya sir, Sachin and others arrive at Rhea's house and discover that she's the girl they found dead in the swimming pool. Daya sir suspiciously notes that both victims had arguments with Siddharth before being murdered. A tab whirrs to life nearby and Daya sir checks it to see a video of Siddharth hung upside down and being slowly lowered into a tub of water.
Scene 10
Back at the function, Pankaj finds the missing button guy and they lure him aside and interrogate him. The guy confesses he had tricked Arvind regarding money and thus there was an argument between them; he had went there to apologize. Later, he saw Siddharth entering the room with some man in a cream-coloured sherwani.
Scene 11
The video continues. An unknown man challenges Daya sir to save Siddharth within two hours, failing which everyone will believe he intentionally let him die. The video ends abruptly and the same villain calls Daya sir from a private number saying he wants him to do something, and the clue to that task is in the gift he had sent to Shreya some days ago - the couple toy thing she had found in the park and thought to be from Siddharth.
Scene 12
At the function, Shreya identifies 2 guys in cream sherwanis that she doesn't recognize. Abhijeet sir instructs Freddy sir and Pankaj to check up on them.
Scene 13
Dr. Tarika meets Daya sir and hands over the gift Shreya had found in the park. Daya sir dismantles it and finds a piece of paper inside with a sketch of one "Thane - 20 km" milestone and the words "Yahan milo". Tarika offers to accompany him, but Daya sir decides to go alone. He arrives at the decided spot and finds an unidentified man with flashlight lurking in the dark forest to the side. As he goes to check, someone quietly nicks his car keys and opens its trunk in the background. The flashlight guy taunts Daya sir and hands him a bag with a paper with the address to deliver it to. Daya sir takes the items, drives to some distance and checks the bag with gloves to find a doll inside. He updates Abhijeet sir and drives on.
Scene 14
After a while, Daya sir arrives at a barricade where one of the khaki cops greets him and says they're looking for businessman Akhil Vijay's daughter, who's been abducted. The guy offers to let him pass, but Daya sir insists the law is equal for all citizens and tells him to check his car. Just as he opens the trunk, the cop goes aside to attend to a call and Daya sir is shocked to see a girl lying bound and gagged inside. He makes a quick excuse and drives away, realizing that the villain is using the CID to kidnap this girl. Some distance ahead, he's intercepted by a band of thugs who pull out the girl. She pleads for mercy and Daya sir helplessly looks on before demanding where Siddharth is. One of the thugs says he's at some mill.
Scene 15
Daya sir arrives at the mill on time to save Siddharth. Sachin sir, Nikhil and Divya arrive there to assist him. Daya sir instructs Sachin sir to get him back to the engagement ceremony while he goes on to do some important task before. As he is led away, Siddharth gives Daya sir a grateful look.
Scene 16
Abhijeet sir and Pankaj try to keep Siddharth's mausi out of his room, but she finally pushes past them and luckily Sachin sir and Nikhil get Siddharth ready on time to meet her. They all leave for the function.
Scene 17
We see the businessman's daughter Tanya being held hostage at the thugs' hideout. Daya sir infiltrates it, takes them down one by one and manages to rescue her. He seizes the leader Pakya and reveals that when he had found Tanya in his car trunk, he sought her help to catch the thugs and fitted her with a bug using which he now tracked her location. He demands Pakya to reveal who's the mastermind, and drags him away.
Scene 18
At the ceremony, just as the engagement is about to take place, Daya sir arrives and halts it to tell the guests the truth of what had been happening all along in the function, including Siddharth's disappearance, the two bodies and Tanya's kidnapping. He brings forward Pakya, who points at Suhaani and says he did it all on her bidding. Suhaani tries to escape, but Purvi mam seizes and hands her a tight SLAP. She in turn says Siddharth's uncle had asked her to do it all. The uncle tries to deny it, but Daya sir hands him another crackling SLAP. He confesses that Siddharth and Arvind had taken money from him to start their business, and he was arguing regarding that in the room. After Siddharth left, he received a call from Pakya regarding their kidnapping plan which Arvind overheard. The uncle killed him in the stuggle, changed his sherwani and rejoined the function. Pakya followed Siddharth and got to Rhea, and killed her. Suhaani intentionally approached duo because she knew they'd investigate the murder without letting the guests know. Abhijeet sir condemns their vile crimes and says they'll surely be executed for the same. (Honestly, I couldn't make head or tail of the crime motive. I just wrote here whatever the dialogues said.)
Scene 19
The engagement/ring ceremony successfully takes place, and Abhijeet sir watches Daya sir sadly walking away.
