Absolutely, sis. I feel if you have a wholesome story and character development and bonding, there's no need of romantic tracks at all in a crime show. They are just a gimmick to cover up weaknesses and attract romance fans. The Golden era up to 2007 hardly had anything related to romance and yet CID was stronger than ever then.
