Well mostly it works out fine. Because during the weekdays (when more people are online) I come on in my morning which is India's early evening. This is when I handle any issues. During the weekends sometimes I'll end up being late because I like spending time with family and friends, but there are never too many big issues during the weekend. And if there are I do try to get to them within 24 hours. As it is we DTs are given at least a 24-hour timeline to handle issues and I come on within 24 hours.
