I researched a lot before buying. But somehow once a Dell-ian...always a Dell-ian. 😆

I bought one with 3 years extended warranty...the first piece I got was defective, so they replaced it and the one I am now using is great! It had a small issue...I was a bit rough in handling it and the battery lock at the bottom broke...I gave a call and a guy came to my house and repaired it within a day. I am happy with dell that way.
