Scene 1
Two youths Dinesh and Param, who are national level swimmers, are seen at a lake which is apparently private property and hope not to be seen trespassing there. Param goes to swim in there and doesn't come back up for a long time. After a while, Dinesh is shocked to see blood drifting up at the spot where he was.
Scene 2
Daya sir, Nikhil and Pankaj are seen investigating at the lake along with the guy Dinesh and lake owner. Param's body seems to have been savaged and partially consumed by a crocodile or predatory fish, but the owner insists there are no animals in the lake and Dinesh grudgingly confirms that he saw none near the kill spot. Daya sir tells the owner that he'll be in deep trouble if they find any illegal creature in the lake. Two divers Vidyut and Tina arrive as summoned; Daya sir warns them of the grave danger but they say that they can fetch safety equipment in a few hours. They take a look at the corpse and comment on the uncanny wounds before leaving. Daya sir receives a call from Sachin saying another similar incident has taken place at one Salora lake.
Scene 3
ACP sir and the others are seen inspecting the second victim's body, who was killed in a manner identical to Param. The caretakers there explain that the lake is property of one Fright (?) corporation but commoners are permitted to go boating there. By the time they heard the guy's screams and got there, it was too late. The cops wonder if the two deaths are connected. ACP sir decides to check their backgrounds. Pankaj finds a visiting card in the man's bag, showing that he is a freelance photographer named Sumer, and a blurred photo in his camera taken moments before the fatal attack. ACP sir decides to have marine experts summoned to examine both the lakes.
Scene 4
In the forensic lab, Dr. Salunkhe and Tarika discuss that the wounds on the victims' bodies don't resemble piranha bites as they originally expected. Dr. Salunkhe says that the marine zoologist Parimal is an old friend and praises him. Parimal arrives and greets him, and then says that the bites on the two bodies are unlikely to be piranhas' because those fishes are not found in India. Also, the fish needs certain nutrients found only in the rivers of South America in order to survive. He examines the wounds and is surprised to see that it apparently belongs to a species of piranha called the Henix (?). He also explains that piranhas attack in a swarm and strip their prey of all flesh, so theoretically the corpses should've been reduced to skeletons. Dr. Salunkhe adds he didn't find any piranha DNA on the wounds either. Freddy sir says it could be some other fish which attacks like piranhas. They decide to search the lake again and find out.
Scene 5
At one of the lakes, two divers and a scared Pankaj are preparing to enter the water. The divers explain that they have a fish repellant prepared in case of attack. At the other lake, Vidyut and Nikhil similarly dive into the water. Eventually, each of them find an empty cargo box in their lake and three broken cargo seals (sorry, I really couldn't get who found these and where), but the latter two are surrounded by a huge cloud of dust (?) and school of violent orange fish that immediately attack them. ACP sir and Sachin are shocked to see the rising blood and get them rescued, and call for an ambulance. At the other lake, the divers find some piranha bones along with a metal chain.
Scene 6
Abhijeet sir, Freddy sir and Tina rush Nikhil and Vidyut to the hospital and operation room. The operation is successful and the doctor says they can meet them. Abhijeet sir adds that they need their blood and skin samples for forensic analysis. They meet and greet both the victims. Nikhil explains about the boxes and seals, and how they were attacked by the underwater dust storm and fishes. Abhijeet sir wonders where the fishes vanished after that. He thanks Vidyut, who says he's delighted to be of help.
Scene 7
In the lab, Freddy sir and Sachin discuss about the piranhas. Dr. Salunkhe points out that Vidyut and Nikhil's wounds look identical to those inflicted by piranhas. However, strangely, they do not contain piranha saliva at all.
Scene 8
ACP sir says that evidence points towards these incidents being murders. He points at the metal chain and cargo seal and says they prove that human(s) were surely involved here. Shreya and Nikhil say that the dust storm was probably placed there to prevent the chain and seal from being noticed by divers. ACP sir decides to find out which courier company mailed the cargo and to whom.
Scene 9
The team meets Aniket, the owner of the cargo company, who discovers that the three cargo parcels in question went missing from their ship, and they had been addressed to one Vrushali.
Scene 10
The team visits Vrushali's house and find Tina and her parents there; Tina says Vrushali is her aunt and then leaves for her diving classes. The parents lead them to a bedroom where Vrushali is lying immobile on the bed, and explain that she has become paralyzed after an accident at the Salora lake (one of the murder sites) a week back. They don't recognize the cargo receipts and say that no such boxes were ordered or arrived. ACP sir briefs them on the situation and instructs Freddy sir and Sachin to search the house. Sachin finds a book with details about all of Mumbai's lakes, rivers and sea, and decides to take it along. They give their best wishes to the parents and leave.
Scene 11
Abhijeet sir and Pankaj meet the dudes at the company which had dispatched the parcels to Mumbai, and find out that they had been shipped on 9th February by one regular customer Marko, but there's no record about the contents. They say the security guy Rajendra is in charge of checking that, and he knows Marko well and is apparently missing now. They don't have his address with them either. The cops examine the CCTV footage and see Marko there, who has a torch and yellow helmet in his shoulder bag. Upon asking, the parcel guys confirm that there's a gold mine nearby.
Scene 12
In the bureau, Nikhil finds out that Marko used to work in that gold mine. Freddy sir says Marko was probably sending gold to Vrushali in those boxes, and implies that she was involved in this crime too, and her accident in the lake is no coincidence. ACP sir says Tina being her niece isn't coincidence either. He adds that they found two boxes in the lake but the third one is yet to be found. Freddy sir says they could've hidden it in a third lake. ACP sir checks the book they found for clues; it contains several photos of water bodies in Mumbai compiled from various other books. He points out that little numbers 1902 and 2102 printed on the photos of the two murder site lakes are actually dates - 19th and 21st February, the dates on which the boxes were supposed to be taken out of the lakes. They find a third photo of one Lake Pipi with the date 0203 - second March, aka two days later. Dr. Salunkhe calls and informs him that the piranha skeletons found in the lake are 15 years old, implying they were put there to mislead them. ACP sir says they need to find out who's been smuggling piranhas into the city.
Scene 13
ACP sir, Freddy sir and Sachin arrive in disguise at a fishmonger guy's store who brags about having bought 1000 piranha skeletons from someone. On being questioned hard, he admits it was some marine biologist. He recognizes him as Marco from the CCTV photo. ACP sir wonders why he was working in the gold mine if he's a scientist.
Scene 14
Sachin and Pankaj question one of Marko's friends Sampat, who confesses Marko bribed him to hand over the gold. He adds that Marko works at one State Mariner Centre in Mumbai.
Scene 15
Abhijeet sir, Freddy sir and Pankaj visit the Mariner Centre and meet Marko's boss who introduces them to his assistant, none other than Tina. After being questioned, she says she needed her degree so did as he told - dived into the lakes and removed the boxes. They used fake piranhas (robots?) to protect the gold. When they found out the CID was investigating there, they used the same robots to attack them. She admits the parcel at the Pipi Lake is to be removed that evening at 5:00.
Scene 16
We see Marko and a few of his henchmen diving into the lake to retrieve the gold. The CID team turns up to thwart and arrest them on time. Marko admits he used the battery-operated piranhas and underwater cameras to spy and prevent anyone else from getting to the gold. He bribed both the gold mine owner and cargo security guy to help him. ACP sir orders him to name the mastermind behind it all.
Scene 17
Marko and Tina help the CID team apprehend the mastermind, who's none other than Tina's dad. He orders his goons to open fire, but the cops defeat them in a gunfight. Daya sir grabs the father and slaps him hard. He confesses that Vrushali used to keep a hard check on his spending habits while he harboured ambitions of getting rich quick. After meeting Marko, they hatched this plan together to steal the gold and usurp Vrushali's property by fatally attacking her. He addressed the gold parcels to her so that if ever caught, she would be the one suspected. Daya sir condemns his evil deeds and says he'll now rot in prison before his execution.

Note - Sorry for the confusion about the boxes/seal thing. I watched that scene twice but couldn't get what they wanted to show there, because the later explanations didn't match.
