I again paid 1,300 to the dell service center to get my lappy fixed... again a temporary fix... replacing parts will cost 11,000... and those parts come with 90day warranty... i am so frustrated.. i argued with dell guys on FB.. but no use.. I understood my mistake... and my mistake was buying dell...

They used to make good products.. but their new products are terrible... Planning to buy an external keyboard and use my lappy as a desktop.. Temporarily using my Sis's lappy but will return it to her this Dec...

Probably will buy a new lappy next year... This year I have spent enough!!!
