A bus driver notices a dead girl has dropped to the floor. The CID team reaches the spot and starts investigations. They notice that there are no strangulation marks, no stabs or wounds, so no visible cause of death. Also, there is no identification on this girl. They also find out from the conductor about 2 young boys who got in after her and sat next to her and then got down at the next stop. Abhijeet and Daya notice a limp hand can be seen protruding from the pile of boxes. They remove the boxes and uncover the body. It is one of the two boys who got down from the bus. There is a huge wound on the head of the boy. They check the wallet and find out that his name is Vir and is 19 years old. Suddenly, they hear a gasp and now see that the second boy is standing there. His hands are covered in blood.
Dr Niyati informs that both the victims have died from the same poison but she cannot find this poison in their bodies. CID is perplexed. The only connection is that both were on the bus at one time.
The boys had found silver flask in the bag, which was full of alcohol. Vir started to drink from it and dies. CID retrieves the bag and the flask from the crime scene.
Dr Niyati finds out the cause of these deaths. It's ARAMTACIDE. (propranolol hydrochloride) a white, odourless, crystalline powder that's soluble in water. There is one quality about this poison - it gets camouflaged by alcohol, that is if it is mixed with alcohol- then it cannot be identified. All these men except one has alcohol in their stomach, even that girl on the bus and Vir who drank the alcohol from the flask. met Meenu at Khandala and fell in love with her….but she did not feel the same. She used to tease everyone like that including Dhruv, Anil, Jai and Nitin. They got angry at her. One day, he overheard them planning something. They were going to call her to the mountain and then strand her there overnight to teach her a lesson. He followed her there and confronted her and pushed her down. Later, he convinced them that they were as guilty as he was because they had called her to the mountain. They agreed not to say nothing about it and call it an accident.
