😆
I hate the whole concept of Income tax... The more salary you get.. the more your company makes you work.. and more you have to pay income tax...
finally less money and more work..😡

I don't even look at my form 16.. i simply forward it to my dad and he looks into it.. this time i am in big loss due to company change

First company estimated my IT as per their salary and deducted accordingly ...month on month which fell in one particular slab... while in the second company my slab changed(increased) and they deducted accordingly...but my total annual sal fell in the bigger slab so..I had to pay extra for the 3-4 months that I had worked for in my previous company...

Yeah so when you file if you have paid excess tax you will get refund. How many companies you have worked in doesn't matter.

You are in another city staying alone so you can claim hra.

Also...if you file your tax returns yourself without a CA's help, you need not show proof for hra. Its the in-between CAs who ask proofs to make sure you don't cheat and cause them to land in trouble.

I didn't pay extra tax... I actually paid less as per my annual salary... i paid less in the first 3-4 months (i.e. i paid as per my previous companies sal) ... so I have to pay the remaining part now
