Ok,I am new here.And this my first post here.😃
I have watchd CID over 10years now,,&before that too but I was kid that time and dint remember much.=P.I adore Abhijeet & Daya..&Freddy is cuute.

Coming to discussion.I thought I was the only one not happy with the increased ranks.Plus the newcomers.
Yes,I was a bit taken back when the new guy was referred as Sr.Daya & Abijeet are the seniors,&the new guy should be below them.But my dad said he must have been transferred,which I am not buying.

Rajat should have been just inspector to start. And that would have been better. As far as Sachin is concern I feel he is still young as in character,,so yeah he has some time to go.But i wouldnt have mind if he was promoted. Freddy sir is not for promotion I guess,,Its been so many years.I like it when vivek addresses him with naughtiness.

Daya & Abijeet are the seniors after ACP,,so they wil be addressd as sirs.Next,Freddy Sir,than Sachin in line & than Vivek..&&the rest newcomers follows.

So,ACP gets to call 'tum' to Daya & Abhijeet.Let the Newcomers be the juniors.And even if they are taken in as seniors,,I dnt see why they shouldnt address daya & abhijeet as sirs.For the years this duo are in CID.

I think what FW did was totally right... Duo couldnt manage to be pesent in every scene in bi weekly... How would theyvmanage tri weekly... ??? Putting youselves into BP sir's shoes... The best soln to tri weekly is to get a new officer who can be present when duo are missing...

And when it comes to hiring a new person and not promoting existing person... Thats the fact of real life... Get into private sector...you wil see this day in and day put.. and why does that happen...becaise a boss should never diffrentiate between all his sub ordinates ... If vivek is promotes..sachin is let dow and he leaves the show.. if freddy is promoted vivek and sachin bothe are let down and if sachin is promoted vivek who already feels that he has less scope in CID will surely say goodbye again.

In such a situation...what can one do? They cwnt promote everyone... So simple they find a new guy who is taken for the lead role...

i am happy that they atlest chose a right actor for role of seniour inspector:)

wowww i have just watched the episode and vikas kumar also joined cid i always liked his acting in powder and khote sikkey he acting is awsome and people who are complaining about new guys joining in come on people i mean ya sometimes they screwed up but if you guys have watched powder and khotte sikkey you will know vikas is great actor

I agree with u @Astonish becoz we are thinking at our point of view but they have to think their point of view...i thought a lot & realized that Singh sir has no option becoz in coming all episodes Duo cant do alternate all scenes so they have to want some other guy who is an experienced one but if they promoted Sachin then its not the good decision as he is not at all promising as a lead...so they have no choice...

But yeah it doesn't mean i am happy with it...when Rajat will call duo by their names its very difficult for me to accept as i couldn't accept Sachin when he replaces one of the duo...😭

I think promotions should be given to the old officers:

I don't think that in our lifetime or till CID lasts, we are going to see any change in the ranks of our trio. Now, as regards the newcomers, I feel that Rajat should have been given the designation of Inspector while Vineet and Shreya should have been shown as Sub Inspectors. Frankly, I won't be able to accept Rajat addressing Abhijeet by his name and "tum".

Pradhyuman - DCP

Daya - ACP

Abhijeet - ACP

Freddie - Sr.Inspector

Vivek - Inspector

DCP Shamsher - Commissioner

One departement cannot have two ACP's ...then we will see one of duo getting transferred and leaving the show...
ACP sir becoming DCP means... He will also vanish from the show and only show his face when he has to suspend someone
