Oh no .. for me Sachin promoted will be worse :P ..
We have 3 leader .. AVP,Abhijeet and Daya .. we don't need more .. Freddy can be equivalent. To Sachin and Vikas .. I'm not asking that he should be made sr.insp. .. he's far more experienced than this Vikas guy .. I don't want anyone to be equal to duo in CID that's for sure ..

If they really needed a Sr Insp, they should have brought in a veteran actor...someone of similar age and acting experience as Aditya sir and Daya sir. This is where we really really miss Asha. Wish she were there...it would have been so much fun...the 'other' trio as we used to call them. Not this Vikas guy...who was probably first noticed in KS only. He was a dialogue coach somewhere...and he's much younger than duo!!!

anyway...why FW did it...i think
Freddy cant be promoted as Sr Ins or whatever becoz FW already ruined his character...
Sachin cant be promoted as Sr Ins becoz he entered 2010 may & it is 2012 july but he failed totally to get attention of the viewers...
Though Vivek is much popular than Sachin cant be promoted becoz he is junior of Freddy & Sachin...
now they have to find a person who can be Sr Ins...
Vikas already did good job in Powder & then as a lead in Khottey Sikkey...& thats why he got more importance than Sachin / Vivek / Freddy...

Now the question is whether i like it or not...is there any difference ?? I mean i dnt like the biweekly & now triweekly format...FW is partly responsible & Sony is max responsible to destroy the CID...
I dnt want that apart from ACP sir & Salunkhe Sir someone call DUo by their name...but its also fact that the actor who already acted in a lead role cant be act as a junior that's why his designation is Sr Ins...

I hope this triweekly will be ended in this July...

It's not going to end...why is everyone talking on those lines...it cannot end!!! Like bi-weekly, tri-weekly is here to stay!

i dont see when do they enter CID
i see the actor's expirience in acting.other than freddy's position,i am happy with all other designations.
well there was no IF back 1999.what would be ppls reaction back then on seeing a new comer senior to daya and fredericks?

I had experienced this...Abhiijeet one fine day walked in as Sr to everyone, but he won my heart with episode 1.😍 So I was ok with it.

so the conclusion is the writers were supposed to give him a better entry
