You know how IT service people are always taught that client is king, customer is God...now when we are on this side...when we are the customer, we must make noise like how our clients make noise to us...one small mistake and they create a volcanic eruption. So we must also learn to behave like proper fussy customers. Why should we keep quiet with sub standard service? We must also threaten that we will change our service provider. If the branch officials are indifferent we must escalate to higher ups...and then till Banking Ombudsman.

When the client creates noise and makes a big scene out of a small teeny meeny mistake.. Only we know what we go through... Only we know how many swear words we use for our client...
Now I am sure you wouldn't want to be that client who keeps escalating.. 😆 There are some sweet clients too.. and automatically we get interest to do their work.. because they are always sweet to us.. Thats how work gets done in the right way

I have been sweet enough with them. I can't take this stupid mistake any more. I have already sent an escalation mail. Now the question is whether the email id of that DGM of SBi mentioned on the website works or not...for all we know a bounce message will come saying 'Deliver Failure'. 😆 If that happens I will write in the newspaper.
