I understand ur point...thats why now CID is looking just a crime serial not our CID as the charm is gone what makes CID so dear to us 😭

Maybe we r all facing a generation gap. We must keep in pace with the changes and learn to enjoy it. See my dad loves Kishore Kumar songs. He hates the latest bolly music and says there is no melody. I ask him to change with the times and learn to enjoy it. I think even I should apply it when it comes to cid. 'Form is temporary, class is permanent' they say. It's better than any other serial any day.

ya,😊I saw that advertisement..Some may have missed seeing it.Here's the detail about it.

Some elders(probably kid's mom & grandma) are discussing that water in water tank finishes off early and the kid says 'kuch to gadbad hai',and tries to trace the root cause of tank emptying..He analyses the time during which tank empties..then happens to step on grass,& water splashes slightly..asks all to follow him..as they reach the garden,they observe that water's flowing from pipe used for watering plants & that the gardener has left an hour ago,thus successfully finding the reason for tank getting emptied early.

Then the trio says 'hum sab mein hai CID'..Then the same sequence follows as in the cid anthem-'cid 15 saal se..soch ke aage,jurm ke peeche'

Yes... We have to move on... We can keep cribbing about the crowd... But that wont help... Afterall CID is first a crime series...So.. one has to give priority to the crime solving method...and the comes the characters... if we want duo to solve the case...we shuld realize that they have reached the pinnacle of popularity..they are FW's trump cards..and are used only for special ott cases... Like recent daya and lapata bacccha... For the increased TRP...
Off late the stories have been good...and i one should prefer appreiciating CID as a whole ...

Sorry Visrom but i dnt think its becoz of generation gap rather cid modifies a lot if this modification is positive i will accept but if this generation is love to watch such scenes like flirting at bureau etc then i also belongs to this generation...i dnt accept this scenes in crime show...what cid shown in the past they just forgot & now its like all crime thrillers aired on TV except trio at least for me...

Deba, I am just trying to get rid of my misery, that's all. Nothing can take away what they have given us. I will always remain loyal to them. I am convincing myself not to have expectations. That way we can be happier.

😔Don't be sad...I still am hoping that we'll get to see episodes where duo's investigating together..somewhere like the classics...perhaps I am hoping for getting to see classics ,maybe because this very thought makes an admirer of cid feel happy..

😊C'mon..CID is celebrating 15 years of glory.Its a thing of pride & joy..we ought be happy na?and hold an optimistic outlook

NOW i understood the veerta series thing!!!On March 16, 2012, Sony will start Veerta Series episodes tribute to common men who have done an act of bravery. The CID Veerta Awards which is also known as the CID Gallantry Awards will award the prizes in two categories named Physical bravery for saving someone's life and Social bravery for fighting against social evils. so, awards n episodes r different.😛
