Bigg Boss 19-Daily Discussion Thread- 30th September, 2025
First of all, welcome to our forum. 😊
Coming to your post, I've read it and I respect your opinion. That said, I just want to say that our forum has always been a CID loving forum, is a CID loving forum and will always be a CID loving forum. There are many of us, myself included, who have been following the show since its childhood and for us it's no less than a beloved family member. But coming to your point about forgiveness, think about this - if a once-brilliant child goes wayward and starts scraping just passing marks in their exams, should his parents just ignore this new trend and let it continue because his inception was strong, or point out and try to rectify this problem before it grows?
They say, "correction is love". It isn't about forgiveness, it's in fact about care and love. Yes, this show is not my child. But when its parents/guardians are, IMHO, not paying sufficient attention to the mounting problems, then as a long-time follower and well-wisher, I do feel it's my duty to point it out to them. I have no problem with anyone who enjoys these episodes, but you should also know that there are many people who don't, and even worse, many of them make the show and its fans targets of choice ridicule because of this. We constructively criticize questionable episodes to bring to light the flaws (since certain crew members have been known to turn up here), silence the attackers and once again restore the show's glory of the old days. Otherwise, why do we spend time and energy in analyzing and reviewing the episodes, instead of just quitting and switching to some other crime show?
And if you notice threads of good episodes from recent, you'll see that most people always give the CV's credit when it's due, and overlook small mistakes (look at last Saturday's episode, for example). I have been a fierce critic of Salil Singh since 2008, but he's actually one of my favourite directors now, because I truly do feel he's improved.
