@Sonali I will be very happy if that is true

@Softi 90 All of us love CID and this forum that is why we are here but you love something does not mean you should stop talking about its faults or flaws. Please visit other threads too like the Grear IF Rerun Thread

Forgiveness is very good but was the Bete ka bojh dialogue forgivable?

I mean he had killed his son and was very emotionally affected by it, why use such dialogues when it was a drama. Ok if he had shot Salunkhe in real then the dialogue is good and understandable too

One can comfertable show anger towards the people they love ... Same here ... We love cid ... Maybe that's the main reason we can't see it's downfall ... There's a difference between an average case and a bad case ...
If the case is good .. None of us backout from appreciating it ... But we as fans since so many years deserve to get atleast an averagevepisode to see ..

You seem to be new to the forums .. The show has been running since 14 years and many here have been watching it since those 14 years !!! Do go through different discussions .. You'll realize how much people here love CID !!! Don't you also agree that jumping to conclusions is wrong ?? 😊 ..
anyways welcome here ... Look around ... Participate actively ... You'll definitely find more CID lovers here than anywhere !!

I agreed with Nandini & Bhavna...
We love CID...CID is not a show for us...it is more than that..& we cant see its gradual downfall...actually it is not our anger rather we r much more concerned about its glory which it achieved in the past but unfortunately that's reduced to some extent in the last few years...
CID casts(i mean core cast) r superb till now but they r actually not well used by the storyline & directors...& the story is now far away from the reality...

@Softy90...welcome to the cid forum...dnt be confused...we love cid like u...u can find our love craziness passion addiction everything in the forum as Bhavna already said...just go through the other threads...

First of all, welcome to our forum. 😊

Coming to your post, I've read it and I respect your opinion. That said, I just want to say that our forum has always been a CID loving forum, is a CID loving forum and will always be a CID loving forum. There are many of us, myself included, who have been following the show since its childhood and for us it's no less than a beloved family member. But coming to your point about forgiveness, think about this - if a once-brilliant child goes wayward and starts scraping just passing marks in their exams, should his parents just ignore this new trend and let it continue because his inception was strong, or point out and try to rectify this problem before it grows?

They say, "correction is love". It isn't about forgiveness, it's in fact about care and love. Yes, this show is not my child. But when its parents/guardians are, IMHO, not paying sufficient attention to the mounting problems, then as a long-time follower and well-wisher, I do feel it's my duty to point it out to them. I have no problem with anyone who enjoys these episodes, but you should also know that there are many people who don't, and even worse, many of them make the show and its fans targets of choice ridicule because of this. We constructively criticize questionable episodes to bring to light the flaws (since certain crew members have been known to turn up here), silence the attackers and once again restore the show's glory of the old days. Otherwise, why do we spend time and energy in analyzing and reviewing the episodes, instead of just quitting and switching to some other crime show?

And if you notice threads of good episodes from recent, you'll see that most people always give the CV's credit when it's due, and overlook small mistakes (look at last Saturday's episode, for example). I have been a fierce critic of Salil Singh since 2008, but he's actually one of my favourite directors now, because I truly do feel he's improved.

I didn't see the episode and whatever I read here doesn't look encouraging.
Someone has expressed their displeasure at our criticism...Demonstar has explained it well.
We love them a lot...we love the show,, our trio...everything...but we cannot be blind to their faults. We are just expressing our feelings at what the creatives are doing to some of our characters, whom we have grown to love and adore for 14 years...we want to see them as their original selves. That's all. No matter what we say here, our love for them remains intact.
