No Bhav a thread is made a GA by GM or CM

RR's birthday thread was opened in Adalat forum but became GA when Nadii converted it

Actually a thread is made GA by the global moderator. I created RR's b'day thread and PMed the link to *Shruti* and she made that global.

Guys, many actors b'day threads are global and I don't even recognize them. Daya sir is a major part of the longest running series so he's truly eligible for a global thread. Some actors receive several bad comments but even their threads aren't containing offensive comments. Daya sir is loved by all and there and plenty of Daya fans who don't post here. Why will anyone bash him with no reason?
It's my own point of view because atleast our duo deserve a global thread. We will have celebration here like before but what's wrong in a global thread?
