Icant call him Aditya nor Adi nor Aditya sir (tried that ... but feel better calling him Adi sir) ... so it's always Adi sir for me ... that's something I've been calling him always ... there's a certain affection that the sir has for me !!

Why do we say sir? Out of respect. It's not sir as a strict professor or boss.

I call him sir because with respect I add a certain amount of affection in it as I've said before ... it's something I've not only got used to calling him but also like calling him that !!
