CID Re-Run- XI - Page 44

What happened at one point was that the TRP of CID classic cases became higher than the Friday's episode. This was long ago - 2010 Jan, I think...an ex-IF-member pointed this out to me.

Maybe some other shows stepped in and said that if CID classic cases are shown our TRPs are going down. Just imagine CID episode starting from 1998 being shown from 9-10 one day a week, say Sunday night. It will get max TRP. All other serials TRPs will go for a toss. But with this, Sony can become no 1. They can beat Star plus.

Yes they cam, But fights for remote control will increase.

I completely agree and wish this comes true. Sony can beat all the channels with it's channel runner CID. They just need to come with those golden episodes at a perfect time slot. CID re-runs too get high TRPs.

I love this scene ... can watch it a trillion times !!! Look at the simplicity of direction and dialogues !!! It's so much in flow and natural !!!

I love the way small things were said ... when ACP tells Abhijeet to become Dr. Akaash and turns to Dr. Akaash saying "koi issue toh nahi hai na doctor ? " ... a small dialogue but an important one !!

And then when Daya sits in the chair dhadam karke .. ACP says "Late gaya hai kya ? " and Salunkhe says Nahi baitha hai ... ACP gives a small giggle and says "Jayesh abhi mara nahi hai Daya" ... that was so sweet !!!

and then the whole enactment !!! It was very nicely done !!!

But the highlight was the last dialogue ... Dr. Salunkhe says "Forensic expert Dr.Salunkhe ... "
and ACP sir immediately says "Ek andhe ACP se haar gaya"

and Salunkhe says "Koi nahi boss ... ismein bhi ek alag mazaa hai" ...

I love that 20 seconds portion !!! Jaise Abhi-Daya waise ACP-Salunkhe !!! I loved this small interaction between them ... it was very very very sweet !!! Lovely start for my day !! 😃

Nothing to beat that one moment when the gun goes off and the sudden panic on Abhijeet's face.

Yeah a certain tremble in his voice when he says "Sir Goli chal gayi" ... I love that certain tremble !!! It's the simplicity that was there in those days that was the highlight !!
