Wen you had asked this question... I saw so many cases... Suggested a few... But
Tried for two days... During the evenings... Now atleast...Kuch toh hint do...

I am sure it must be a case where one of the duo were in some kind of trouble...

Ok...hint is - duo are both not in trouble. Abhijeet is...Daya is trying to get him out of the mess, but Abhijeet is adamant...(you know how he is). I think that is a big enough clue for any CIDian.

Vis this is wrong ... tabiyat waise hi kharaab hai 😛 ... well I guess it's Sr.Insp.Abhijeet !!!

First scene ... after the fight with Purvi's parents in the bureau when Daya asks him ... "tum sach mein in logon ko nahi jaanthe ho" and Abhijeet says "arre bol raha hoon na nahi jaanha" ... [:P} ... this was the first thing that's come to my mind 😛

Episodes like Khoon Ki Holi are those which everyone will remember well. This one was a stupid khooni story with 3-4 laashes which no one remembers...See - I only remembered that one scene only where duo were together and didn't remember which era it was aired.

Now guess, everyone.

Clues :

1. It's a khooni story with 2-3 laashes minimum(even I don't remember how many).

2. It is from the Sachin era.

3. Abhijeet gets irritated with Daya and says 'arey bola na yaar...something something'. Daya appears slightly hurt at that comment.

4. Daya looks very young in that scene...he wears a shoulderstrap-less shirt.

Come on yaar...it's a big clue...when have you ever seen Abhijeet hurting Daya? 😛

Its the one which starts with Maya and Abhijeet having dinner !!!
Or maybethe one where Abhijeet's cell rings but he's unable to pick it up and Daya picks it up !!! (The one who's shooting we saw)

WRONG! It was in AKA 2. Abhijeet was popping in pills when Daya asks Abhijeet as to what was the matter and he says 'sar dard'. Daya says 'sar dard ke liye koi pachas goli nahin khaata' to which Abhijeet says what I said...and Daya is hurt.
