I watched the Buried hand episode. Was trying to write the written update then had to stop half way.
The story is like what we see these days, but trio look fully involved in the investigation. ACP looks the perfect leader.
There was a scene where our CID team is looking for the bhaandi wala. Abhijeet was looking so restless and desperate to catch that guy.
Then CID team catches the bhaandi wala and take him to the bureau. There the boy starts crying asking why they have caught his father. That was so natural..and the best was when the bhaandi wala breaks down saying that his wife had died soon after his son was born. Daya's reaction was so sweet...he gave the guy a glass of water and tried consoling him. This was our Daya. Loved that reaction from Daya.
Things didn't always end in a slap those days. So many twists and turns to trace that piece of saree...
First the laundry -> nearby colony -> lady's house -> bhaandi wala -> second hand market -> police report in the area around that second hand market -> another lady's house -> her servant -. servant's family -> possible boyfriend -> his house -> his friend a butcher -> the experienced cutter about whom Salunkhe had mentioned.
This is called proper investigation. Clue after clue after clue and search after search. Our cops fully focussed.
Till the end the murderer was not found, unlike our famous bespectacled guy or our dear Taklu who make appearance int he first scene with suspicious looks.
The butcher's house was looking like a proper chawl and not a duplex bungalow...so realistic.
. A proper murder investigation. THe hand was found, but the lady's body wasn't shown in pieces with blood ooozing all over.
The last dialogue was a bit...hmmm...OTT,(yeh haath ishaara kar rahi hai etc) but nowhere near what it is now. The story was nice and realistic, not some silly story with Rajnikanth style stunts without any reason. I enjoyed it. 👏
