Padma...this is not playing for me. It says unrecognised format. I tried with media player, real player, DIV X player, Quick Time...no use.

That's why it is not showing an embedded video player on 4shared. Normally one should be able to view it without downloading.

Please convert it into WMA format and then upload it...we'll be able to see it on 4shared and those who download will be able to see it on the commonly used video players.
