There are specifications for profile pics of actors...100 X 100 pixels without any tags/banners/sony logo on them and they have to be of very good resolution.

Can't choose any random pic.

Also, the face and shoulder only should be visible. Face should be perfectly clear. It should be their original look, not a disguise scene...will add more specs when I remember, Ambrosia had told me last year.
