Can anybody tell me in which case daya sir feels that he has done something wrong and hegives resignation letter to acp sir & acp sir says hto him" you are one of my best afficer" daya sir's eyes filled with tears.it was very old case.

it was case of missing bullet but daya sir was suspended he didnot resign

Well he does not resign ... but this scene comes in that only ... Daya sir under pressure is about to shoot himself ... when ACP sir and the rest come and stop him ... and this is when ACP sir says that 😊
