I showed my mom Highway today !!! Imagine .... I've had it on my lappy since don't know when .... and dikhaya toh aaj !!!! She loved it !!!!! and then jab woh Adi ki tareef kar rahi thi ..... oh it was so good hear her appreciate Adi sir so much !!! My mom has never been fond of my liking for CID and Adi sir or even for the matter SRK but on the other hand ... she was the first one to encourage me for my Mumbai visit ..... anyways .... even after that ... I showed her Highway today knowing that she likes such serious topics !!! and she loved it .... when it was over she said "very good !! ... Bhavana I like your taste of shows !!! " 😃 and then I as usual asked her ... " how was Adi sir ?? " she said .... " Good .... He's really talented .... very nice performance ... " then in the casual talk after that she specifically mention about his expressions and eyes saying .. there wasn't any need for dialogues ... as his expressions and mainly his eyes did most of the talking !!!!! " exactly the same thing I always say for Adi sir !!!! Apart from that she really appreciated Kartika Rane and her performance too !!!!

I've mentoned this before Deep. In the late 90's ...before CID, Aditya sir used to come in a serial called 9-Malabar Hill where he was a fisherman. My mother used to watch that serial as she was (and is) a fan of Renuka Shahane who was the heroine of that serial. That's where I first recognised Aditya sir, though I never used to watch that serial (as I was very busy with studies and all).
