Abhijeet's flirting part 2-

Every time on a friday & saturday, as the clock strikes 10,

My heart starts beating faster, I rush to the TV set, like insane.

The episodes of the golden era, that have been, long back, left behind,

The ones, we devloped an emotional connection with, come flashing to my mind.

As the new episode goes on, thoughts of the fiery second-in-command visit my mind's eye,

Suddelny I recieve a blow, on seeing something going on amidst the official work, sigh!!!!

My heart refuses to believe that this person, flirting & the fiery officer are the same man,

My eyes are hurt, my heart is pierced, my ears are tortured, being a too hopeless & conservative fan.

Competing in the TRP race, my favourite show has undergone a sea change -I can see it,

As a result it it needs only useless flirting, not the original dignified Abhijeet,

The old Abhijeet who was never distracted, who only concentrated on the crime,

Has faded away somewhere in the rat race of TRPs , with the passage of time.

Always we have to see a flirting very forced in,

And tissues filled with our broken-hearted tears being thrown into the trash bin,

We cannot believe whats happening,

Feeling that the difference from now and before are really gappening

The stories have lost that detective charm

Always stupid stories making our blood warm

Still we remain so loyal to this show,

As to watch it forever is our vow,

But when we get to see such flirtings,

To our hearts its very threatning,

The fear of losing our dignifyed Abhijeet increases always,

Since we're facing this fear in many ways,

Seeing our supercop turn into a romeo,

Giving in all Mr. India type cameo,

But enough is enough,

We want back our officer all tough,

It height time the show gets back it luster

And not leave in our heart sadness like clusters......

give me a few days nandini,will come up with one and nowadays am again watching the golden era cases...downloaded quite a few today...will be watching them at leisure and then post the caps😃
