There's a scene in Face-off, where Prithviraj comes. And he tells Abhijeet that he's younger to both of them (Daya and Abhijeet). YES, he says that.

Yes.... I didnt like that part....
Strange.... Did they want to show that acp prithviraj was more competant and better cop than abhi sir and daya sir.... That he became acp as such a small age...and daya sir abhi sir are still just sr. Inspectors

Bas some people wanted a chocolate boy in CID....some crazy girls might have come to see CID just for him, so they gave him a senior designation. I can;t think of anything else.

Just noticing ...Abhijeeet was Mr India in Trial in London....😆
