This one is not from an episode. It is actually from someone's FB. The other person is standing beside him and that person has been cut off.

I had seen this one long ago.

We often see it...in the end of an episode, Daya slaps a criminal, then the next shot is in the bureau with the criminal sitting crying in the confession chair and Daya standing behind him with folded hands, just like in the picture above, with an innocent expression. 😆 as if saying 'is aadmi ko maine haath tak nahin lagaaya' types.
