CID Series Poll

Hi.. I loved the Trail in London very much. About others I didn't seen yet so don't know about it...

i liked face-off + trail in london.. but i'll vote for trail in london. 😃

I love the face-off--trail in London series as a whole. But since you have posted them separately, I'll chose Face-off. Our trio ROCKED.

I choose Face Off too. But I think its too early for this poll. All the other series were in 2005 and AC has ended just recently. I will not be surprised of AC wins this poll in spite of being a substandard series.

TBH, I think Face-Off and Trail in London are the same thing, well, the former lead to the latter. Face-Off had the excitement about why ACP Sir is meeting his son and is the fact that he has turned into a criminal with his son true. The entire theme of the 'series' was based on that, and I think they did an excellent job,even bringing in a new [temporary] ACP(Prithviraj) and even a short crime investigation(Face-Off Part 4). The end of Face-off is where Trail in London picks up, with ACP Sir in London trying to find his son , and they also brought in the death of Daksh and the fact that he was a traitor, and how ACP Sir eventually finds him whereas in Mumbai, both Daya and Abhijit in dilemma about the news about their dear ACP. I liked this especially because of the wonderful scenes of London, and ACP's lone investigation, the acting by Daya-Abhi, and BP Singh Sir's acting as DIG, boy, was that fantastic👏 But if there were no Face-off there would be no Trail in London, which is why I choose both.

As everyone said Face off leads to Trail in London... So i would have surely considered to be one whole series....if not, then i would go with Face-Off instead of the other. It had some superb heart touching moments and there were quite a number of twists and turns to make it even more interesting. Certain scenes and dialogues are responsible for making us know our favourite characters even better. 😃

First of all Face Off and Trail in London are the two parts of the same series. The whole series is my favourite, so I can't vote for only one part.
This is the series which showed how to maintain suspense till the very end. We felt the bond , the friendship of the CID officers among each other. But above all our great ACP won our heart in this series for whom duty comes first.
Another thing I just want to mention when you ask to vote for one comparison always comes.

I too agree that Face Off and Trail In London are two inseperable halves of the same series. But if I had to choose between them, I'd go with Face Off since that one demonstrates the bond between our trio so powerfully (one of the major highlights in the entire history of CID IMO). Trail in London with ACP sir's fantastic performance and of course the great climax is amazing as well. This series (Face Off + Trail In London) has to be my favourite CID series so far. I'm not sure whether CID 111 can be considered a series, because it's a single long episode after all.

Aakhri Chunauti doesn't even come close to any of these sadly, despite the few lovely episodes we got. The overall story was too poorly planned and weak, especially the final episode.
