Vivek was a new face when he first enter in to cid. He was a junior member and doing unskilled job. Thats why he took four years for his day.

In the case of Hrishikesh pandey, he is not a newcomer. He was an officer in cidsb, soaps, ahat etc....and sure a better actor than Dinesh phadnis even. Same in the case of jessi and manini. I wonder why they need four years to make their presense? They are professionals and better actors. Still why the audience cannot accept them? The problem is with them or from our side? FW is always famous for nonutilisation of resources, may be that makes the plot for this.

They are good actors. Now Creatives should leave them on their own and let them shape their character that would be better. Actors have to feel character. I think they are not feeling whatever reason I don't know. But they should be set loose now and let develop character according to own, not creatives way but own way.

Till now they haven't left any strong impression on me. The way these characters are taking shape I don't think it will leave any impression on me in future also. The actors should now develop characters on their own.

It always seem like they are trying to prove something. This shouldn't be the case they should live character as if they are one

Infact I think its the reverse. The creatives are not telling them what to do and actors not getting involved enough to create anything out of these characters. Personally I see no solution. I want to go back to weekly thats my one and only prayer.

If they want, they can create a long lasting first impression like they did with Abhijeet.

they are actors, they need direction. In case an actor is doing bad, 50 percent responsibility is for the director IMO. A director can extract what they want out of them even in the case of worst performers. So the directors have to be careful, if they really wish for making them favourites.

Here noone need them. Audience, fw, directors and themselves not interested in their characters. MM, a very experienced actor doing a bad job like this, now the neglegence is from both part. Same in the case of hp,jessi and manini.

The go back is our dream. Dont know what to say.

See the directors are unable to extract any performance from actors is pretty clear. Look at the Support Cast, its a clear that they just mouth dialogs and their takes are okayed. I wonder if the director even goes to the actor asking him to improvise. Direction is a clear failure.

But a good actor can always raise his own standard. These three people are not doing that. When an actor is approached for a Don's role or a cop's role or coolie ka role; the actor will trying imbibe some traits and create a personality for the character, a walk, way of talking, something. Here there no drive from the side of actors either.

Frankly I feel if we meet HP himself he will more or less be the Sachin we see now interms of body languae and personality. I have seen his act in SB too, there is no difference between Abhimanyu then and Sachin now apart from the fact that he was 5 years younger then.

Responsibility is on both the side. Both are not doing their job well and add to that the messy magic show schedule and bogus plots.

Its not like life was all great when it was weekly but now its dead.
