I have missed Bhootiya haveli 6 times in a row since the past few months.. Waiting patiently to watch it for the first time.

Was watching Mysterious Blast last night.... I had always missed it in the re-runs but this time i saw it in one go and loved it! Case wise, its a very good case and of course with a very sweet ending not only with Abhi-Dya scene but the transformation of the criminal was also good to see!

One thing i have noticed, i am not a media peraon who has idea abour film making and all, but a major difference in camera work in earlier days ans today is that earlier they used to stick to one shot group shots ony(mostly) but today, every such scene has been divided into two parts, one is the group shot and also the close ups! Personally, i dot understand much of all this, but i somehow prefer the old group shots ONLY and that too the continuos ones...without cuts for a considerable time! The close up shots are needed at times, but every dialogue doesnt need the close ups..it decreases the geoup ans natural feeling i suppose! 😕

The only thing differs in Past days and Present days, that is Show Off. Technically or Visually , its only show off mostly in the show. In past the case was most important but now characters are more important than case.

Fireworks stop making show offs and the Golden period will be once again.

Actually I have seen such a cut-less shot in Nanhi Gavah.

Look at the last scene where Abhijeet decides to adopt Shreya. From the time Daya and the others are playing basket ball to the point where Pratik comes in and Daya convinces Abhijeet that it is better to let the girl live with her uncle, it is a single shot. Then there is one cut. From there on, from the point where Abhijeet tells ACP that 'aapka dil pathar ka hai' till the end of the episode, it is again one single shot.
