Coming to what Sneha dii was saying about the Bhool Bhulaiya film-hee hee that happens with us so many times !! Even in Jab We Met which keeps on coming so many times Shahid's name is Aditya and every time his name's called my family stares at me as they know what my expression's going to be !! Bhool Bhulaiya I've seen just once in Hindi otherwise have seen it in Tamil and Telugu many times !! It so many times happens when hearing our favourites name on screen bring s a smile on our face and the people staring at us !!

bhavs, i am unlucky because here in movies Daya is a girl name and we can hear a female voice answering that call.

@chinnu aww !! That's bad re !! I remember there's this show Taarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chashma in which the leading lady's name is Dayaben !! My naani watches that show and I have to hear someone calling out "DAYA" so many times and a lady whose voice is horrible responding to it !!

Dayanand is a perfect kannada name. But in CID they use Daya instead of that. Either the girls quit their name or CID change his name to Dayanand. Both are impossible.
Does the name Anand suits him? I guess no.

no no I like the name Daya more than Dayanand !! Maybe that's what we've got used to in so many years !!! I cannot suddenly start calling him Dayanand Sir !! I feel a little uneasy !! Daya sir is easy and nice to hear !!! We would rarely see someone calling him Dayanand Sir !! Daya is the perfect name for this tall and Handsome guy !!!

i have a class mate named Daya mohan. I hate her because of this name. Why people never understand that its a boy name.
