yes..forgot to mention that....how come is it possible that they get the fact that she is netraheen only after they reached bureau!!.....& why that boy, Rahul, gifted such an expensive bracelet to his teacher!!.....too much to digest....

Another thing after seeing how wonderfully Blind Witnesses have been used in the past like - THE CASE OF BLIND WITNESS (2000), The Case Of The Mysterious Shadow (2006) and Traitors In CID (2006). This was a downer. They did not give this actress any scope to perform. Half the time she did not look blind, she seemed to walk at ease all over the place until she had to reveal she is blind plus she hardly gave any input in the investigation apart from grease. A Blind Witness comes with so many interesting clues and hurdles. They just let it go, the case did not really do much justice to the title, they did not use the blind girl enough.

my family was watching a show on another channel..that is the reason i couldn't watch the episode..in between there came a commercial and i requested to keep in cid until the commercial ended..they changed the channel, and what do we see?tarika and freddy sir laughing like idiots in the lab scene..my family started laughing so hardly, i got up and ran away from there..

😆I had to justify that to my Grandpa and all i managed to say was- its his wish! He wantes to give her a gift! Forget it na!

@shaama our situations are similar yaar! Its soo humiliating to see such nonsense in front of non CIDians specially!

I think it was a fairly good episode with a decent story but not-so-good direction. The plot was plausible and the criminal had a realistic motive for a change. The pacing was good and the episode didn't drag, although the direction was better going by Salil Singh's record I think there was still some badly done stuff!

I literally felt like this after watching the Forensic scene -

I'm almost certain this was Salil ji's brainchild. I want to know what is the logic behind making forensic doctors and senior officers laugh like insane in the lab? I was watching it with my parents and that made it doubly embarrassing! For heaven's sake I hope they leave gems like this for Comedy Circus. 😡

Other than that I think the episode was alright for most of the part, though not as good as some of the previous "Blind Witness" episodes. I think Sumana Das could've been more convincing as a blind girl with her performance (especially, how was she reading a book in there? They didn't clarify if it was braille), but was OK. As already mentioned, it's quite unrealistic that they only noticed she's blind after bringing her into the bureau! Also I think Abhi sir should've been more quick in taking action once he heard someone invading her house over the phone. I wonder why the woman didn't just kill her in the house and get done with it. But either way, the climax was alright and better than the recent ones, so I'm OK with it.

I think Abhi-Daya were great once again today, especially I loved how Daya sir lifted up the guy to question him... his stunned expression after Daya sir puts him down was priceless. 😆 Good amount of duo moments today also. I liked that they gave Tasha more prominence today, guess it was Vivek's turn to be in the background today sadly. Sachin and Kajal were OK I think (I think it's nice Sachin isn't being overly aggressive now, that's much better really). I'm really upset to see Freddy sir back to tomfoolery, and needless to say the forensic scene was pathetic to say the least. However, I liked that we got to see CID visiting a prison and talking to the police after a long time. I always like those scenes, give an authentic aura to the episode. 😊

It was better than the recent episodes I think, but plot had a lot of potential and could've been much better with better direction. Hoping to see ACP sir back next time, been missing him since two weeks in a row!

I liked the episode for the following reasons:

(i) No overdose of dead bodies,
(ii) at least some scenes of our DUO, though that bond was missing,
(iii) the plot was simple.

Why I disliked the episode:

(i)The lab scene was horrible🤢 How can any person do like this in his/her office? What impression it gives to the viewers about CID officers?
(ii) No attention to the details. How can a blind girl read books?
(iii) How can a senior CID officer cannot realize her blindness?
(iv) Very poor direction.

We have to take it in a positive way....

Any way tharika succeeded in scoring 100 marks in viewers

Last week I had a similar experience when my cousin sister was watching CID with me, it was the joker episode. I was so 😳
