Some gals are dancing in a room.. and then a lady frm inside shouts and says u cant do anything to me.. and I will tell everyone.. the man says what did I do.. the gals open the door and a gal is telling him that I am not Kavita.. you cant fool me.. and the man says what did I do to you and then the gal says that I will tell everyone what u did to Kavita and the guy says why are u taking her name again and again.. go tell whomever u wanna..

and the man goes and then CID team is there.. ACP says Kavita is ur student.. was she here on Fri? and man says no.. bt that gal says that Kavita did come and he shouted on her.. the man says I can show u the register and the man gets the register and Kavita has signed in it...

the gal comes forward and says that Kavita was here on fri bt since 3 days she is missing frm hostel as well as frm er LGs place.. she was to go to Ahemdabad bt she enver turned there.. at the station.. Daya says how do u knw and she says I was to leave her bt she never turned and thats wen I suspected her..

and then ACP sees a cupboard in the room and asks the man to open it... the man is scared and reluctant bt Daya and ABhi say open it and he does and himself backs away with shock.. there is a bag there... the man says I donno whose it... and then Daya takes it out.. the gal says its Kavita's.. Kavita's name is on it..

ACP is very angry.. he goes to the man and says now u are gone in...

At the bureau.. the guy, the gal and CID is there.. Daya opens the bag.. Abhi is holding the tool kit... this man.. the blamed one is scared... he hides behind Freddie sometimes holds him.. the gal is seeing him constantly and luks like he wants to escape.. finally the bag opens and there are loads of clothes inside... and then they find a shirt... of a gal.. it has blood.. Abhi shows it to the man and says 'ye kya hai masterji' and the man shuts.. and says what can I do.. never seen so much blood.. ACP asks Daya and Abhi to continue and ask Freddie to get the man along.. the man doesnt want to go bt Freddie says u need to...


Daya is chking the bag and tehre are some cards there hidden carefully... Daya takes them out... Abhi sees some gifts and then a diary.. he reads the diary...

Abhi says weird gal why will she carry gifts and cards along?? and Daya says that these young gals and guys fall into love very often and then Abhi asks how do you know Daya??

Daya blushes and is a little silent but then Abhi interferes.. he finds something in the diary.. he reads that Kavita was to meet some Arvind on July 7 - the friday at 4:30 pm...

Abhi asks the gal when did the fight occut and she tells that the fight happened at 3.. Daya says we need to meet Arvind.. maybe Kavita is with him.. Abhi asks the gal abt arvind and the gal says no I dnt knw him bt I heard of him frm Kavita.. maybe he works in Matix Industries...

they go to the office and the receptionist drops them to the cabin.. a man is there working.. the receptionist tells him that CID has come.. he asks her to leave and asks them what will they take and ACP says some information.. and then ACP asks who is Kavita... Arvind refuses to know any Kavita bt he is a little scared... ACP asks Daya to show the pic and then Daya shows the pic... the man asks whats this?? and Daya says pic of an elephant and Daya is angry.. Arvind says no I dont know this gal... and then ACP asks what do you do here? and Arvind says I work as an engineer and then ACP and Daya list out the things.. like he has a farmhouse somewhere.. at a hotel one room is always booked for him and such things.. Arvind accepts all of them and he asks how do u knw this and ACP says frm the diary.. the diary we got in Kavita's bag and now Kavita is missing.. the man says what can I do?? I knw no Kavita..

then they all leave.. ACP says Arvind aint a nice person.. and asks Freddie to keep an eye..

Freddie keeps an eye... he is careful bt still stupid for Freddie is there without any disguise or anything and eventually Arvind sees Freddie keeping an eye and then he gets scared.. he calls someone n says that someone is abt to knw abt our chakkar and I wanna meet u... the other person says tomorrow?? bt then Arvind says no tomorrow will be late and meet me in an hour..

Arvind is on the road waiting.. and then a lady in red saree comes and Arvind asks her to sit in the car and then he says no I wont talk to u here bt at my place and he takes her... Freddie was hiding behind a bus and he tells ACP that the gal luked like Kavita and they went to Arvind's place...

CID goes to Arvind's place and knocks and knocks.. no one opens for a while.. and then Arvind opens and asks Kaun hai??

Arvind is shocked to see them and asks u here also?? ACP asks where is the gal?? and Arvind says which gal? Abhi says red sareed gal... Arvind says no gal here and then Freddie comes forward and says no I have seen the gal.. the red saree gal in his car.. ACP says my officer when puts his hands into something doesnt get them out.. and then ACP says we need to chk your house and Arvind welcomes them... ACP asks everyone to spread while he is in the hall.. Arvind says in 2 mins u will know there is no gal here.. and then ACP sees something and he bends to pick it.. its a hair clip and earring.. Arvind is again scared.. ACP asks u dont wear it na?? Arvind says no I dont knw whom does it belong to?? Daya comes and says I didnt find a red sareed gal bt I found a knife covered in blood... Arvind says someone is trying to frame me.. ACP says in what?? and Arvind says in a murder and ACP says we never said there has been a murder... and then Abhi comes and then Mukaan and Freddie... they say no red sareed gal..

then Arvind says I wasnt here... I was in Delhi... there is a little clash... ACP then asks Freddie to call all the watchmen..

ACP asks the watchmen did u all knw Arvind was out?? and they say yea... and then he asks when did he come back?? and one says today morning bt the other one says no he came back on Friday... he says I saw the lites and I went to chk it.. a gal was there she sounded like Kavita for she was saying I have a train and I need to go..

the watchman didnt see Arvind come or the gal go.. bt he says he heard them and he is sure they were there.. he says the same day I saw something weird too... I saw someone on the terrace.. I went there bt found no one...

Abhi asks the way to the terrace and they all go there...

The watchman shows them where he saw the person... and they all chk... and then Abhi asks how can it disappear?? and the watchman says I dont know and ACP asks them all to search properly.. and the search begins and then Abhi sees something... in some mud and stones there is a footmark and then Daya finds some blood on the stairs that lead to the tank top.. Muskan follows.. they go up bt nothing there.. and they are abt to leave when Daya sees the tank and he opens it.. and says oh no..

he calls ACP and then the others come up... here is a gal.. in red top and pants... Daya says she was in the tank.. Daya matches the pic and says this si Kavita... Arvind is scared.. ACP tells him this is ur last chance to speak the truth..

ACP asks Freddie to take Arvind.. Daya is asked to take Kavita to Dr Niyati and then Abhi is asked to confirm the Delhi story..

At the lab Dr Niyati says its difficult to tell if this knife was used just by seeing it.. gimme time and I might enter the knife in the wound and see... ACP says take 10 bt I want results... and then Freddie finds a paper in the pant.. and the 3 try to read it - Freddie, ACP and Daya and they read something Badshah andheri west...

and then Niyati calls them... she shows on X ray that the knife is perfectly into the wound and so the murder was done with this...

Abhi is at someone's place and the man is bald bt he has lots of hats... Abhi says luks like u are fond of hats.. the man says maybe thats why ppl are fond of fooling me.. and see Arvind got me this... there is a gift.. and then the man opens it and there is a himachali hat... and Abhi says if Arvind went to Delh how can he get u a hill hat??? The man is frustrated bt then Abhi says I am Inspector Abhijeet.. so dnt try and fool me...

The man calls the secretary and says get me all the info.. Abhi says now we are tuned... and the man says no thnks.. I am better away frm CID.. the man gives the hat to Abhi who again says how can u get a himachali hat frm Delhi???

In the lab.. Dr Niyati scratches down the dried blood frm the knife and then mixes it in water.. makes a slide and then sees it under a microscope... Kavita is not dead for a day or two bt atleast 72 hours.. ACP says then Kavita is killed on Fri?? Daya says if the murder happened on Fri then how can Arvind kill?? for Arvind was in Del.. ACP says bt the dance master is there..

and then Julie calls.. the very gal who accused the dance master... she says that the dance master used to trouble them alot and so she put the things in the almirah... ACP scold her... Daya says so only Arvind needs to do it bt how can Arvind so it for he wasnt here...

Abhi is trying on the hats... the man says now u asked for one so you need to take them... thn Ruby comes.. she is surprised to see Abhi in the hat.. Ruby gives the file and tells that Arvind was in Del frm Sunday to Mon.. she tells that Abhi luks gud in the hat (which was bad!!)

Abhi comes to the bureau and tells ACP that Arvind's work ended on Thurs...

They enter the bureau... Arvind asks when can I leave?? and ACP says yea sure.. and then ACP asks him where were u on Thurs to Mon when your work finished on Thurs?? and Arvind says I was in Del.. and Abhi gets angry and says no.. u went to Manali in Thurs afternoon.. came to Mum on Fri.. killed Kavita.. went to Manali on Sat and on Mon came to Del... the man says no.. so ACP asks how did u get this hat?? and Arvind asks which hat?? then Freddie is singing the song and dancing 'tirchi topi wale.. ' and he is wearing the himachali hat.. he finshes the song and asks Arvind that if you were in Delhi then how did you get a himachali hat???

Arvind sees the hat and says this hat?? Daya says we found everything.. we knw which shop u visited in manali and Arvind says so u searched the shop too?? ACP says so u were lieing and Arvind says yea I ws hiding something and ACP says the murder?? and Arvind says no... I have an affair with a gal.. she works in our office... and she is married.. I was with her in Manali and I hid all this to save her of all the shame...

ACP says if u werent in Mum then who was in ur house?? and arvind says I donno.. and then ABhi and Daya ask if someone has ur house key and then Arvind recalls and says 5 yrs back I gave it to a guy.. he was an engineer.. he was also called Arvind and he too knew how to play guitar... he was the room-mate.. and then he is probably now in Ahemadabad...

ACP and team go there... they ask him to confirm facts and then ask why did you go to Mumbai to Arvind's place?? and he says no I didnt.. my sis's wedding was here and so I was here... and then he doesnt even knw the gal...
Now ACP asks if u knw Badshah?? and he says yea.. bt the other Arvind didnt like it.. the real name is Vipul.. he was the Ahemadabad's Arvind's frnd.. the other Arvind didnt like him at all.. for Badshah was a lazy person.. he would do aish on their money and no work...

CID enters a home.. the man comes and he asks who are they all and what are they all doing?? bt then no one tells him anything.. and then ACP asks him to be quiet.. this guy aint Vipul... he tells that Vipul has gone to the cyber cafe...
ACP asks why?? and then Kaveri gets some papers and shows the to ACP.. ACP reads them.. and then says so Vipul does the job of fooling gals...

Badshah is sitting in a cafe.. he is talking to gals.. and chatting.. and then he is fooling them.. Muskan comes to him looking gorgeous... and says I love u too Badshah.. and he sees her top to bottom and asks who are you and then she says that she is Monali.. at first he believes bt then he chks that the gal he was chatting to is Monali... he asks her to tell who she is and Muskan tells a lot of names - Kavita.. Tanya.. Chayya.. and then Arvind says what nonsense and then Muskan says that like u are Badshah or Vipul or Arvind.. why cant I be them all...

Vipul seeks his chance and escapes.. Daya catches him outside and says why are you running when car has come to take you...
