Written Update : 17th April 2009

Well.. Abhi does the intro.. he says that CID cops do get into problems.. a man promises he was outside the room when the murder took place bt Saluke was determined that the man was inside.. the man told his story that the girl was talking and then died but Saluke said the girl was dead long back. Abhi then says that both are saying the truth... the man talked to the woman just before the girl died bt the girl died long back...

A man looks like a delivery boy.. comes outside a building and then goes to a house to deliver food.. a girl is singing.. he rings the bell.. its a plumber... as she comes to opens the door, he hears her say 'tum?' and then shout in pain.. the man calls people for help and then people come there and do does the guard.. they call Richa the lady in the house and break the door.. when they enter inside, a lady is lying dead.. one neighbour asks to check the house.. the plumber too bes hero! There is no one in the house and CID comes..

the lady tells Abhi that she was such a sweet lady and the plumber tells that he was just outside when he heard the scream... Abhi aksed what all happened and they told there was no one inside and no one escaped either... he is confused from where did the murderer run from... Daya shows him in the balcony... the door is open and a bedsheet hanging there..
Ps - Daya wears the shirt that Suchi put a pic of him in.. the shirt probably that we thought shared by the Producer.. I told you na those people do read our forums...

A man is crying.. he says that they were recently married and he is crying and all.. he tells that there is alot missing from the house as well - jewellery, money, computer... Daya says maybe Rita tried to stop the theif... Abhi asked Vivek to chk out in 'chor bazaar'...

ACP in forensic lab is talking to Saluke and telling that maybe if someone was there outside Balcony must have seen the person.. Saluke says that the theif was an idiot and Abhi and ACP make fun of him saying that the body told them that theif was idiot.. Saluke says that why didnt the theif run away from the door? and ACP says that dear old frnd you see the plumber was there... and then Saluke says dear young frnd the girl died at around 2 and the plumber was there at 8... Freddie asks then who screamed and Saluke said that he didnt! And then he explained how he said that the girl died at 2... when you die, approximately after 2 hours your body starts solidifing... it hardens and then after 6 - 8 hours, it loosens and when at 11 the body reached the forensic lab, the body started to loosen..
they are confused about the murderer... the plumber surely heard the scream for only then they found the body and he also heard someone move inside.. it had to be the murderer but Dr Saluke was determined that the murderer wasnt there in the house..

[Hey - where is that mute man from the headquarters.. I would love to see ACP and Saluke together again...]

VIvek comes and says that there are 3 markets.. and Freddie asked what all do you get here and Vivek says ask what not? Everything from a pencil to parts of a helicopter...and they all decide to go and chk the market...

Ps - Daya is wearing black.. Remember Suchi we also discussed that what colour suited most on Daya - black or white? Trust me I can feel it that they are listening...

CID goes to th chor bazaar where you can buy and sell nething mostly the things stolen and on cheaper rated... CID asks people around and they enter a shop and search for a laptop... they find one and Daya chks the number on few of them... and he finally finds the one...Abhi asked the shopkeeper who sold it and the man got scared and tried to ignore but then Daya showed the card and then the man said a theif called Mangu brought this.. the man asked Daya to please let him go and Daya says you had the stolen thing how can you go.. and then the man takes them to Mangu's house... Mangu is there too cool and Abhi says want to buy stolen things and he says that all he has and Daya says that what all he stole frm their house, they want it all and then ask him abt that house...
he refuses to sell a thing but Daya is determined to buy and then Daya slaps him and he gets scared.. he said he stole but the girl - he didnt kill her, she was already dead.

When he and his friends went to Juhu to steal, they saw the bedsheet hanging from the house and he climbed it. He had a girl along.. he went up, saw no one there and started stealing from there was no one or nothing... he said that he heard a girl singing then... he hid... he then heard a bell ring and he went to see the girl dead and no murderer around however he was too tempted to steal and he stole stuff and all and ran...

PS - CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?? IN FLASHBACK MANGU IS WEARING THE SAME SHIRT AS ABHIJEET AND THE THIRD PERSON IN THE MAGIC SHOW CASE.. I MEAN HEIGHT OF COST CUTTING!! I THINK THEY LOVE THIS SHIRT BEYOND MEASURE!!

Abhi confirmed did he hear the girl speak and mangu said yes... it was around the same time when the plumber had come
Anyways, CID took rest of the things Mangu had though he had sold most of the things and called the owner for identification.. he said all are his. But there was a diamond ring which wasnt his... then they were confused how could the thief say it was in their house. They thought he mixed it up.. CID suggested maybe Richa brought something and didnt tell him.. then Daya points that the box also has the jewellers name embeded inside - Vardan jeweller and ACP asks to go and see...

Freddie enters the jewellery shop and sees a ring and says that he will buy his wife this ring on his anniversary and then the man says why wait till anniversary your wife might get angry till then and then Freddie whispers to Abhi that Dr. TARIKA TOO LIKES DIAMOND RINGS! And Abhi says so?? Trust me u should have seen ABhi's face then.. even though I know in usual time ABhi would have behaved very differently but now he was calm and composed and all he had to say was nothing and give his - working - now - look! Ah.. he luked so sweety!
And then they tell the shopkeeper about the ring and then shopkeeper tells that its of a man Kaushik..

CID goes to Kaushik's house and show him the ring and he says its theirs but they never knew Richa.. and his wife too comes.. he says that a few days back the ring and his computer got stolen.. he doesnt even know Anubhav..
CID says that they keep the ring till the case is over.. Vivek suggests that maybe Mangu messed it up...

Mangu is there in CID office.. too angry.. ABhi shows the ring and he is determined to say that he stole it from Richa's house only.. Mangu said he stole at 3 places and never in a car... he says that these people (theif) have sharp memories.. and he very well can say this...
Mangu doesnt recognise Kaushik.. and he laughs.. he says that Richa stole the ring from the car and he stole frm her place.. and then they show him another pic.. and he tells that this man was going around the same building.. so Kaushik was circling Richa's building and was worried..
ACP says surely Kaushik was lying and he knew Richa and Anubhav

Kaushik is all worried and all when CID is there.. and they show him evidence that he knew richa.. the two were co workers in Delhi.. and then his wife comes and he is scared.. he denies being around the building and Daya calls the theif.. and the wife threatens him.. and mangu comes and confirms that Kaushik was there.. Kaushik tries alot to deny all this.. Abhi says where he was when Richa died.. he says that he was in office.. CID says that they found out that he wasnt in office and then Daya slapped him.. he said that he liked Richa bt her family got her married to Anubhav.. and he didnt kill her.. he called her that day and she cut the call once and then never picked it up.. Abhi asked when did he call and it was 4 wen Richa was already dead and so there was someone in there..
Daya asked where did Mangu sell the phone... and Mangu doesnt remember.. well CID goes to the mobile factory.. and say that they have the number but the man must have changed the sim.. and then they give the number.. the person at the factory says that they can still find out whom was the last call made to or who called last and they find out! It was of Mrs Richa and he gave the number whom was it last called to... and then the man says they will find IMEI number (International Mobile sth sth) its a unique number for all mobiles by which you can find the cell phone and he gave the IMEI number and asked CID to give it to all the network and put in their grey list.. once in grey list you can easily find if the phone is switched on.. then no matters if you change the sim or not you can be tracked!

Abhi and Daya enter and ask abt ne news but none yet and then a phn rings and Daya picks up.. the mobile phn is with Shyam Kumar in Kurla.. and they go to trace Shyam Kumar.

They go and track Shyam Kumar.. and they go to a shop where too many cells are there.. the man is Shyam Kumar and he says he is a dealer.. Abhi gets angry and says that these are all stolen and the man gets scared.. Abhi gets angry.. and asks Freddie to chk for Richa's phn..

Vivek finds a multimedia card from the phone.. it had all the voice and song stored in it.. Vivek plays it and it was the voice and all the voices they heard.. I mean the plumber and the theif..
Abhi notices that Richa called the man 'tum' informal so she must have known the person.. then they conclude that the person must have recorded all this when he murdered her and then set it as her ringtone.. he called the plumber in the evening to be his witness and when the plumber came, murderer called on Richa's cell and the recording played. As the recording played, everyone thought the murder was happening now and when he wasnt in the home and so his name was clean...and then they also notice a beep in the recording and it was beep from Anubhav's watch.. and they are now sure that Anubhav killed his wife .. he must have around the building when the plumber came and immidiately called to get his name clear and they decide to catch him!

Ps - If you see the name as Rita.. read it as Richa.. I heard it first Rita and later tried to change it bt if somewhere I missed.. so just keep this in mind!

CID comes to Anubhav's place and he a lil scared to know the name of teh murderer.. they say its a bird and Anubhav pretends bt then the recording plays in Freddie's cell and they all try to get him.. Freddie is all jokie and type.. and Anubhav gets scared.. Abhi asks Anubhav whose voice is it and Anubhav recognises it.. then ABhi asks Freddie that if Freddie was there when Richa died and Freddie asks why you putting me there.. and then Anubhav says he is goin into the room to get his mobile but he runs..

Later CID caught him and ACP asks why did you kill her in jus 2 months.. he said tht he thought that she would fill his life with colours when he married her bt she turned to be evil.. Richa married him for his money and planned to divorce him and take lots money and spend the later life with Kaushik... he heard her talking one say to Kaushik...

So that day he came home and he recorded the things.. she was singing and he dropped something and he then all that recorded and as we all know he was around when the plumber came.. and well we all know the closing line!
