OMG.. Daya luks so handsome.. he said that in a crowded room a bullet was fired.. it was too noisy as it was a rock band concert and as soon as it ended... a bullet was fired and a gal died on the stage.. everyone ran away including the murders..
Dr. Saluke made a diagram showing frm where did the bullet was fired and nearly 100 people were seated in that direction and the CID hallo - hallo (slowly) found the criminal..

3 frnds sitting and drinking.. one says that he has a plan abt a band... and their show tonight wont end he can bet! Manoj is the one betting and he insits on it and scares his frnds and all..
Deravana band opens the curtains and welcome people.. they are back after an year on the stage. Josh and Neera (if I got it correct) married jus before the show and they are the singers of the band and they start singing... though it was uspposed to be a rock band.. they dont know why are singing love song which aint rock frm any angle.. neways they are singing and the public seem to be enjoying bt a guy is chking his watch...
Crowd is really happy and then the song ends... and the band bids bye when a bullet is fired and the gal Neena falls and till they see the crowd.. the crowd has escaped... Well the gal is also dead and she is MELINA! not Neena...
CID centers the forensic department and ACP asks if he is gonna tell something blasting? bt Saluke is too silent and then Saluke points to a man doing some experiment and saysa that he thought that ACP sent him there.. and then Abhi says why dont you throw him out but Saluke says that the man aint saying anything... Abhi goes and asks but no response.. Tarika comes and tells that she is asking the same thing but she thought that ACP got him here to remove Saluke.. then Daya goes to deal and threatens the man but the man shows a letter which Daya reads and then ABhi and then Daya.. and its a letter saying to increase security... to eye ACP and Saluke..
and they say why did the HQ sent a mute person to keep and eye on them but then he coughs and they knw that he aint mute and then ACP gets a call about the murder...
ACP asks that no one saw all this? And they say that some people escaped and ACP is furious but then no help.. whatever are the people left are chked nicely for any gun powder and Daya chks the hall and everything...and so does Freddie while Vivek is chking the people... and no one found guilty.. so the murderer has escaped.. Freddie didnt find anything either and then a guy says that he clicked the pic of the dead gal as she was bending just when hit with bullet and ACP is too glad..
In forensic..
Abhi says that the new man aint writing anything... probably going to leave and then he starts writing... then Saluke asks them to concentrate on the case and then Saluke tells that the bullet was fired from side and he could predict where the murderer was sitting.. and then ACP says that Saluke is genious and then Saluke says he vowed that he wont let a criminal escape ever and the mute man makes noise and ACP is angry... Saluke calms him.. Saluke says if CID helps them then he can find the criminal easily.. and Daya shows the pic and Saluke is too glad to see the pic. Saluke and ACP figure that the man was seated in side and the mute man coughs again and Saluke is now angry.. then man makes a face and goes back to the table.. picks the diary and foes... staring them all. He is too funny.. Tarika is glad that Saluke threw him away and Saluke says its my voice... bt the man came back.. ABhi comments bt then Tarika changes the topic...
Saluke says he already made a chart and it had all the rows marked.. and there all the seats were shown who could have fired. And Tarika says where will you find them? and ACP says he will find them no matter wherever they are.
ACP asks Daya to chk the hall for the seats told by Saluke.. he says to do a Demo.. they go on the stage and see where Melina was and ask Freddie to get the statue and rope and Freddie asks where to keep it and ACP says on my head.. and then well Freddie keeps it where Melina was and ACP asks Daya to stand at the extreme right corner.. then he asks VIvek to tie a rope to the waist of the statue and then tie the other end where Daya was... and then Daya does that.. then he asks Freddie to sit on seat A 12, Vivek on B 11 and Daya on C 10.. and then ACP says lets see what happened.. and then he asks if Daya can fire.. Daya says as the crowd was standing, therefore firing is to be done with standing up which was difficult and so does say VIvek... so left was Row A.. and then ACP says that no one else in Row A didnt see this and Daya suggests maybe that people around were his frnds and involved in this.. and ACP search for the Event Manager bt cant find and then VIvek says he is gone to book tickets and Daya and ACP leave to meet him.. and ACP asks to see who was on seat A 11, 12 and 13...
he says that there are no records and Daya gets angry and so does ACP.. he says that after terrorist attacks, there is so much security and so how can one be so careless and so the dude says that they kept a few tickets to a music store to be sold.. to a store - La Ra Ra and then there is screaming and people are all running.. coughing and running. there is smell and Freddie had fainted.. Vivek was trying to wake him up and Daya helped him up and Vivek too him to the hospital and then they vacate the auditorium.. ACP gets ill.. ACP asks Daya to wear the mask and go inside and chk.. Daya does so.. and he chks near the seat Freddie fainted and found sth burning...
ACP asked Dr. Saluke why Freddie fainted and Saluke said that he is Freddie and so he fainted.. and thn Saluke said its Sodium bt ppl dont faint smelling it... and then they say that the murderer kept it there..
and Vivek gets Freddie and said that Freddie is gone nuts.. and Fredide addresses Saluke as ACP and ACP as Saluke.. and then he is speaking all nonsense... and he said that he kept the paper safe opening which spreaded so much smell and Abhi too addresses people wrong to company Freddie...
And the man laughs the spy man.
well then Freddie gives the paper and sees it.. and its a newspaper and its something marked on it.. it must be distributed bt a person to flat C.. sth.. and Daya asks some to go to the Mart and others to come with him to the glat...
Abhi and Vivek go to the shop and ask abt if they sold the ticket.. and the gal at the counter says that she did sell bt its nt possible to tell anything about the man who bought the tickets.. she said if the people who all bought the tickets bought the ticket with credit card and she said there was one and she showed the receipt.. and Saya asked Vivek to call this guy..
and ACP and Freddie and Daya go to the paper seller and they say its Mohan Paper Mart Stamp.. and then they ask about the address and its Chinkara Towers..
Mr Rajeev was the one whose Credit Card no they found.. he said he got scared and ran away as he was scared.. he ran to save his life.. and he got nthing to do with the murder.. he said he said on B 12.. he said that the person who sat in frnt of him had a tattoo behind his ear tattoo of a scorpio and Abhi thnked him bt asked nt to leave the city.. Vivek suggested to look in the criminal records bt they found none with tattoo.. and then ACP calls Abhi..
CID whole team goes to the house of Shomy M.. and its locked.. Daya asks to break it and they all enter bt Vivek stops and goes back and sees a man spying and he chases him and Daya comes to see and so does Abhi and Vivek catches the man and arrests the man.. he said that he kept the Sodium in the auditorium.. he gave money to the watchman and Manoj asked to do this.. Manoj was an ex drummer of the band..
ACP and the rest of CID enters a bar with a mna to search for Manoj.. he was sitting and drinking and they go and catch him.. he tries to run bt ofcourse is caught.. then when he gets the slap.. he says where am I? Daya says you want another and He says that he will speak.. he says he didnt kill Melina.. and they ask him abt the man with the scorpio tattoo and he said that he doesnt know any such person.. he wasnt in the auditorium either.. he just bribed a man to put a Sodium metal piece inside.. he said he wanted revenge.. he was thrown out and a new person was picked.. he was thrown for he once accidently teased Melina.. and Abhi said thats why you killed her? and he said that he never killed..
In the car they all are discussing this.. they find Manoj guilty bt are searching for the man with tattoo.. they go to all the tattoo shops and search for a man who got tattoo under his ear..
In the bureau.. they called all the people with tattoos and then they call Rajeev.. and he is asked to see all of them carefully and tell which person was there on seat A 12.. and he goes to see...
one of the person is reluctant and as soon as his turn comes he runs and Daya catches him and then Rajeev recognises the man.. the man says that Timmy paid him for this. Timmy and Monty were sitting there on his side so no one can see him fire..
As Timmy enters.. whole of CID team is in his house resting.. having fun.. having food and enjoying.. he is so surprsied.. and then Abhi casually asks him taking a sip of juice why did u kill Melina and Daya bits an Apple and says that be honest too casually... bt then the man wont tell and then Daya slapped him... he said that the two loved each other in college bt eventually she started ignoring him and she hooked up with Josh.. he got too angry abt this and then planned to kill her!
