Trust Meera to create a presentation and excel sheet to organise Abhi's birthday party. đ Even created a Watsapp family group for this purposes LOL. She's totally got this micro-planned to the last detail like one of her ad agency projects. Dadiya's so happy at what having a "sorted bahu" while office colleagues have also noticed her sense of suppressed excitement. I liked how she went and did "research" by talking to all the family members about Abhi's childhood so she can pitch the birthday party just right. Can't wait to see western pink and white themed colour coordinated clothes on both family members hehehe. How will it all end though? Meera's starting to have doubts again about her over-involvement in the family...
On the other side, Abhi really doesn't know how to deal with the Shirley situation. I was thinking he's really being insensitive in attempts to avoid her. Kinda callous to just use her for a purpose and then drop her. But then all the office colleagues including Shirley called him out on it so I was okay with that. And then he went back to wanting to prove "humaara alag hai" and saying he's gonna work with Shirley. The issue isn't working or not working with Shirley - it's about being aware of the consequence of his actions (when the other person doesn't know what's going on in your head) and not addressing the issue with a head-on conversation.
