Ego is no good... I have no problem in saying sorry... sometimes I say sorry and it's not even my fault lol... like my friend will say ouch hurting her hand against the table or something and I'll just say sorry without any reason lol...

I don't see anything wrong in saying 'Sorry' and 'Thank You' ... these are gr8 words to use
