As I remember clearly Ira was really young when they showed her I mean about 5 ot 6 or at the max 8 years while Isha was about 14 years as now she is 24 or 23 . and Sam is almost her age..

Doesn't make sense to see Alliance for Ira for Sam, I mean what Indu thinks.

The creatives are miscalculating the age and drawing up these plots .

Surely Isha will come to know about this as Sam somewhere loves Isha but Ira will tell her feelings for Sam and there will be some sacrifices...

Isha and Sam are perfect ,

They just want to get the standard triangles sister dushmani types,

ANd Ira has already filled her mind with wrong thoughts about Isha right from the time the fire took place so she will think Sam is also with her later and she will try to harm herself in obsession as she is infatuated by Sam

This wil be quite predictable unless the CV's change tracks...
