The dialogues, emotions was all there in their conversation.
Today's episode was the type of episode i wanted to see and i am so happy that finally the story is shaping up beautifully, lets see what happens from here onwards.

The leap was beautifully done and i hope avinash will be back in CB full time from tomorrow, i am tired seeing just short glimpses of him.

All in all very happy with today's epsiode!

You are welcome Angie. I am all for the admirer part....Radhika needs to be appreciated and admired and if Dev sees someone admiring her, as you have mentioned he will suddenly be hit by a lightning and will remember everything.......kick the others out of his way and come back running to Radhika.......no one touches his Radhika.😉😆.......Devs agnipariksha........so now is he back to Sita and has stoped being Draupadi? I think we will get the answer tomorrow.

Finally, agree with you on Dev being more complex as circumstances should change him. Liked that at least Birju, Vivek and Radhika all three are working at plausible jobs. Like the evolution in Radhika and Dhanno's relationship and it shouldn't be reverted back ever to suit any future stupid track. Not happy that chamak is still a caricature after 5 years. If slug and the family haven't looked for her and done anything for her, she should not feel anything anymore for slug and should be happy once Dev comes back as he would be responsible for getting her back to the palace and comforts that she craves.

Chamak is chamak.......but today everyone was basically ignoring her....somehow I got the feeling that she is talking to the walls. Angie did you noticethey have changed certain things in the leap article?........there they mentioned that only Radhika will be working.....but here all three.....Brju, Vivek and Radhika are working .😉


Now on the funny parts: Laughed uncontrollably at the donation of pearls by Dhanno. Really strange taht Dev Prasad is now in his world for 4.5 years and can not feel Pataka. But suddenly he will be able to meet her and feel her at the same place. Thanks to chunnu munnu, I am now mad at Dev Prasad for not sensing his Pataka and forgetting her whereas except for the guilt trip (during which he put Vishaka in his room), I have always loved and defended him. So, he needs to be tormented a little bit by Pataka (and no one else least of all Mahant and the company) for his breaking of his promises to her.

Dhannos pearl donation was hilarious........so that means she did not donate any child in her past life.......😉😆...whew.......😃... Pataka tormenting Dev.....ahh she can she just has to talk to some guy in front of Dev....but I will like this tormenting part.

Misti: Loved your Shakesperian English and making Dev Prasad "thy Lord" of Pataka. Again, Pataka find at least a "fake" rich admirer if Dev Prasad shoves his fake wife in your face.

Pictures of Agra with the temples of Vrindavan - good one, Chunnu Munnu. But, not too concerned about it as I am more mad at you about the leap even if it was better than expected by us. So, now chachoo & the company will be back in few weeks to fight for RP title. they will be aiding the fake wife and the family in hiding Dev Prasad from Pataka. But, it is 4.5 years now and Kanha has finally woken up from his deep slumber. So, beware of Kanha. He will be going after you if you touch Dev Prasad and Pataka. Remember chikna's fate.

Oh yes it will be battleground soon in CB......wonder whch side will chamak swing.😕

I loved the show today and though I absolutely hated the leap, I loved the way they showed it.

I liked the way they are showing the leap...don't like the idea of leap..lets see what they show tmrw.

First of all, I was giggling when they showed Agra ... i think that was specifically for you ... Taj Mahal, etc

Some highlights from the show
- Absolutely loved Rads today ... she looked so graceful, beautiful and portrayed strength and sorrow at the same time....yep
- I think they stretched rubi as an actress and she has come through with shining colors in the past few days...........yep.but did not like her rant yesterday....not Radhika but creatives use of Kanha and manipulating it for their benefit.
- Loved the fact that she washed dishes ... to me, she was the only person in the house who had the gumption to do what needed to be done...yep..same here...work is work....so long one does not do anyhing wrong, its ok.
- Liked vivek and birju following her lead and working....yep and I like that they themselves realised their mistake and took it upon themselves to work. Good.
- Loved the yashoda maiiya song and Rads in it... the little girl was cute ... her job as a music teacher makes sense...yep..I always thought that she will do something related to temple..first thought maybe the trust will give her some job....I should have made the link between Mann...since CB has so much similarities with it..there Manisha Koiralas character was a music teacher.
- Was crying 😭 during the Vaish/Rads interaction...I know, I thought that you would.😉
- This episode was so nicely done ... that though there were some bloopers and in spite of the leap, it was great to watch..yep the bloopers were there but on the whole I liked it better than yesterday.

I watch the show for Avina and Dev and Rads in that order ... so like you, I hope Dev's role when he comes back is complex ....ahh for me its Radhika.......Dev.......Avina........I have lost RaDev.

I do hope no matter what they show, that there is still no physical relationship between Dev and this new girl ... i know it is a stretch but i would like that maintained. As you said, they know what we want ... it is upto them as to whether they show that or not

Yep..we have told them what we as audience are comfortable with and not........I am sure they have received letters from people who are not forum members.....so now the ball is in their court.

As soon as I heard Dhanno's dialog about the pearls, I knew you were going to have a blast with it 😆. And also noticed that CMs have taken your objections to heart and have started showing the Taj and also gave Lallu and Bhodu the brains to start thinking about earning.

😆😆 lets see if they take my other objection to heart too and leave Dev alone...I mean no wife scenario with this new girl. Will know the result tomorrow.
😆I may be in the minority here, but I must say I did not enjoy the episode 😕 initially. As soon as I heard Pataka saying that Dadima's condition has not changed in 2 yrs, I knew the 5 year leap was coming and I just spaced out and could not concentrate on the rest of the episode. I had read someone's post on this forum that whenever they show a leap in the show that means the show is ending. With that in the back of my mind I just could not watch the rest of the episode. But now after reading all the comments on this thread I am going to watch the episode again and hopefully see all the positives you all have seen.

I know that leaps usually kills the shows. This is because the continuity is usually lost and the characters also change.....if this is not handled carefully then people loose the emotional connection with the characters and the story and thus loose interest. Atleast today they did not deal with the leap in a sudden manner but did it gradually.....so that the audience does not loose the connection with the Purohits and specially Radhika........they also showed a glimpse of an angry looking lost Dev.........just to show that he is also searching for something....for some answers....so that means that he is not happy with whatever he has been told by this new family.


I agree with all who say that Dev's character should come back more complex. That is the only way they can salvage this mess and keep viewers interest. Afterall he is carrying the whole show on his broad shoulders and very ably aided by Ruby and her slender shoulders 😊. Avi had mentioned in one of the interviews that his new version is going to be challenging to play. Hope that is true 😍.

In my view Devs new character has to be complex........first he has lost his memory.........so he will be confused....so he is not getting what he wants...or he feels that something is wrong.......when Dev does not get his way he becomes petulant and surly....that what they are showing now. Plus for the past 4.5 years he has been living with family with whom he might or might not form an emotional connection....so that will also change him.........I don't know how they are going to deal with this girl...or what he has been told....but when he regains his memory later on.....he might have to deal with the emotions dealing with betrayal........that this new family for some reason did not tell him the truth or did not really look for answers regarding him....plus he will also be feeling tremendously guilty regarding forgetting not only his family...but dadi and the sole purpose of his existence......Radhika. He will also get to know about what Radhika went through and that should bring out anger..........if Dev has to project all these strong emotions he has to become a complex character with loads of layers. This will be a test for Avinash and hopefully he comes out with flying colours. A for carrying the show...both Rubina and Avinash have equal parts in it...infact if you watch them carefully when they are on the screen together, you will see that they never compete with each other.........they happily share the screen and when one comes forward the other steps back to balance the acting. This is the part of their acting that I like.

I like the idea of Pataka tormenting Dev and having a secret admirer of her own if they are indeed going to show a fake wife for Dev 😈

Yeh if there is a fake wife for Dev then I want and admirer for Pataka.

now coming to the acting part,,each and everyone was good,,rubina and viashali were brilliant,,,i think this time rubi should get an award for her performance,,,

radhika' s growth has been shown in pretty good manner,,i wish cvs deal with her character well in future days,,
I will also like to congratulate and thanks the chunnu munnu,,the cvs,,for well written and well directed episode ,,,but still i am unhappy with such a long leap,,
