third case can be Kanika & Dev's destiny got collided in some hospital wher kanikas real husband died & her family memders hadent seen her husband....her mother would have got heartattacks after knowing her daughter 's husband is injured....so kanika took dev as she din found his family memder there even he had lost his memory.....so in these five years both dosnt have any physical relation as presently they have a small child

At hospital. kanika husband dead, they saw Dev nobody near him, and Kanika normal back. The family said Dev was her husband since Dev lose memory. so kanika consider Dev her husband until now.
